He showed us car fax and comps for similar vehicles within 300 miles and their prices are a bit below average. He stayed late, answered all our questions, wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss what we wanted and the opportunity to think it over that night. We hadn't planned on buying right away but when we found what we wanted, we couldn't pass up such a good deal. He followed up the next day and was really helpful in getting things set up to purchase. We weren't sure what to do - because we had more to take then our van could fit. Brady and Kellen heard about our story and reached out to us to see what they could do. To make a long story short, they found a way for us to use one of their vans for a cross country trip - just so we could get our daughter the medical care she needed in New Orleans. This really isn't the thing you do if money is your main aspiration and pursuit. Their kindness and trust made a HUGE difference for us as a family - not only in being able to make the trip comfortably, but learning some things to help our daughter Olivia, who has a serious seizure disorder. It's hard enough to know who to trust these days, but maybe especially when you're looking for a car. From experience, I can tell you that you can trust Brady and Kellen. The service person finally told me that everything was complete, but she was awaiting paperwork before I could pay and leave. Then the service person disappeared and I was eventually successful at getting another service person to help. At a little past 1:30, I was finally able to leave the dealership. To make matters worse, I was quoted $129 for the oil change, but the invoice added about $17 for "hazardous waste charges" (which has always included in the normal charge at other oil change places) and $4.43 for a "surcharge". I will never to back to this dealership for another oil change. There are too many other options that don't require a 2 1/2 hour wait and over $20 in mystery charges.

I've brought my truck in for issues 4-5 times since the purchase for issue that should be covered by warranty. My airbags weren't working and they said it's because I put aftermarket wheels with spacers on it. They refused to cover the work. I drove directly from there to Ogden and they fixed it with no issues telling me "your wheels have nothing to do with the airbag system. I just brought it in because the interior camera and gps aren't working. They want me to pay $1k for the fixes because I had a radar that broke both the camera and gps (i dont know how that works but it's why they refuse to pay) Once again I took it to Ogden and they warrantied it. Long story short... don't bring warranty issues here. They won't cover it

After looking at it they said the wheel bearing needed to be replaced and quoted us over $1000 for the job. We wanted a second opinion so we took it to another local shop. They put it up on the hoist and found that it was just an engine cover rubbing on the axle. They repositioned the cover and only charged us for one hour of labor (less than $200). I'll never take my vehicle to Ken Garff again.
