An AMAZING experience!! It'd been some time since my last wax, especially with COVID-19 keeping me home, and there was very minimal pain and discomfort. I had Sally as my waxer and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. The business has taken many steps to keep everything clean and sanitized and it definitely shows. A clear partition is used for lower body waxing to protect you and your waxer, and they clean and sanitize everything in between clients. With a great location on South Lamar, parking spots, and easy online booking, this place is a great spot to get waxed! I've been here twice for hard waxing, but they also do sugaring! Both times I've been in and out pretty quickly with nice service and no pressure to book a next appointment or sign up for x, y, and z. They do have repeat pricing which I believe is 20% off of you book your next appointment within 4 weeks which is a great deal if your hair grows fast, but I find myself usually needing about 5 weeks in between appointments. Went in for my first wax with Victoria and she did amazing! Originally I booked for a sugar and mini ingrown treatment, but after she consulted with me the details of the treatment, she tailored my services to what would be best for me, which was leaving off the ingrown treatment and doing hard wax rather than sugar to start off. I especially appreciate this because it showed me she didn't just care about doing the services that would cost the most, but what would be best for me! I went for a Brazilian and my sugaring session was done in 15 min. I arrived home and realized i was bleeding not spotting. Part of my inner labia, the size of my pinky nail, had been torn out. The bleeding took awhile to stop and the healing took 5 days. The manager apologized and gave me a $10 credit for a rushed job. I paid a total of $70+ for a 15 min job that was done poorly. I have been coming to Alaina @ rewaxation for almost a year now, & I am so so happy I tried this place out! Alaina does my Brazilians, & is truly an incredible human being/Aesthetician ! She is personable, makes me feel comfortable during my appointment & is great at what she does. ALWAYS. We always pick up as if we seen each other yesterday. Kara is so sweet in the front as well, she's always very helpful. 10/10 recommend!!! I went and tried sugaring for the first time. I haven't been to a waxing salon since COVID started, but they were doing it right here! You wait in car and text in. When the room is ready, they notify you to come in. They have a plastic shield to protect both the esthetician as well as the client. The services were excellent! This was my first time visiting reWAXation for a Brazilian sugaring so I was a little nervous. Dianna was amazing.
