Iced coffee (20 oz. cold brew)

The staff is extremely welcoming and patient. I love that they have sugar-free options but didn't love the vanilla flavoring. The coffee was good. I would definitely come again.

My daughter and I had an appointment in Morristown and looked up local coffee places. What a great find! I will definitely come back. There was indoor and outdoor seating, it was decorated for the fall but the everyday decor was adorable! I picked the banana crème cold brew which had caramelized bananas on top and was delicious! My daughter got the caramel macchiato. The bear on top was made of coffee! So cute! She got a beef empanada while I opted for spinach and cheese, then we split a guava empanada. The servers were super accommodating and answered our questions. We had to leave and they transferred our coffees into to-go containers. If you can't use stay in, do so!

Absolutely lovely in every way, from genuinely sweet customer service to great coffee. The food offerings in the case were unique and very fresh, which is pretty rare these days at most coffeeshops. They customized my latte no problem. Cute latte art and very nice staff. Will definitely be back here any time I'm in town for business.

Love the atmosphere it matches their other location in Ridgewood. Parking is limited but there's a side street that says no parking but tons of people parked and walked and then left .baristas were nice and quick with making the drink.

Stopped in to pick up a bag of coffee and also got a pistachio cold brew. This shop is super cute and right next to the Morristown train station. I found a parking spot right out front with money already in the meter. I was in and out pretty quickly, so I didn't have to pay extra to park. One thing about the beans is that the bags have a space to write in when the beans were roasted, but there was nothing written on the bags. I asked one of the servers and she was able to look on her phone and tell me when the beans were roasted. This was helpful, though why not put the dates right on the bags? The pistachio cold brew was good. Not too sweet.

Awesome coffee shop! We stopped for breakfast while in New Jersey and quickly fell in love with the shop. The place is clearly known for their coffee and the bags of roasted coffee was an impressive sight showing the broad range of offerings. I went with a coffee and the almond croissant which was as large as it was delicious. My only regret is that I didn't grab an empanada as they looked amazing! A bacon, egg and cheese panini and a bacon, egg and cheese croissant both were made fresh and the burrata toast was a piece of culinary artwork and was enjoyed from start to finish. The staff was friendly and inviting and the coffee shop itself would, without a doubt, become my go-to spot if I lived in the area. Highly recommend!

Cute decor, a hip vibe, and pretty decent espresso. What's not to like? My iced oat milk latte had a looooong flavor profile, which is a good sign. And that iced molded bear on the wide-mouthed glass makes for a unique look. This trend of just pouring the shot on top does increase the photo worthiness - but it also means the drink doesn't reach its full potential until you stir it. My mother asked for milk to help dilute her Americano, and the staff didn't even blink, adding milk and her drink together in a larger mug. It's nice to know that this part of Morristown has a great independent coffee shop.

Street parking. This location is a vibe. The coffee is absolutely rich and divine. An authentic Colombian cafe to sit and sip of your cafe while enjoying their arepas de choclo. I highly recommend getting the queso on top. The sweet and savory really does hit the spot.

Family brought me here on my visit. Really good coffee and drinks. Breakfast was really good and the fruits were fresh.

A new cozy coffee shop in Morristown that sells select Colombian coffee. The staff is so friendly that you feel like at home. Great selection of espressos/coffee drinks, along with some empanadas/pastries. I only had double espresso, but I generally really enjoy Colombian coffee so this did not disappoint. Street-parking is metered,so come prepared to circle around for a parking spot in a busy day!

Cute photo op on the outside wall. Super friendly staff, accommodated all my requests. (Picky order and had a child with us) Pumpkin muffin was huge and good!

Overall 4.5/5 Delicious coffee spot in the heart of morristown Cold brew was hands down way better than the hot latte. You can taste the flavors and roasted beans But I believe they burned my milk for the latte; usually latte doesn't burn your tongue but this one sure did

Ethan and The Bean operates as a 501(c)3 non-profit with a noble mission of providing meaningful employment opportunities for folks with autism or intellectual disabilities that give its employees hands-on training, mentoring, and skills development to build their self-confidence and give them a sense of purpose. The Morristown location, just across Speedwell Avenue from the Hyatt Grand Regency, is open and airy with plenty of seating, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and free WiFi for those who need to get some work done or seek a temporary distraction from those around them. On my most recent visit to ETB, I had a pistachio latte - made with coconut milk and pistachio syrup and served in a cup rimmed with pistachio cream - which was fantastic! The taste and quality of the beverages - including a variety of organic coffees and tea options ranging from mundane drip coffees to more complex, perfectly executed creations of -cinos and lattes that are available with dairy milk or non-dairy milk alternatives - and the ambiance do come at a price, which are slightly higher than your usual convenience store coffee but in line with the other coffee specialty shops on South Street - but it's worth it to me (as it should be to you) due to the quality of the product and its noble mission. PRO TIP #1: ETB doesn't have a private parking lot, but there is plenty of on-street parking off Speedwell Avenue and Cattano Avenue. Bring change or use the ParkMobile app for the meters ($1 per hour) Monday through Saturday from 8am til 6PM; all street meters are free Monday through Saturday after 6pm and all day on Sunday. If you can't find a spot on the street, the Morristown Parking Authority's Dalton Garage (@ 25 Cattano Avenue) are a short walk to ETB.

They had an indoor dining room and an outdoor patio. We opted for the indoor dining room due to the heat wave. For breakfast, I ordered a chocolate chip crumb muffin and a pecan bar. I've never heard of a Chocolate Chip Crumb Muffin before, but it was delicious! The pecan bar was good as well. Unfortunately, I didn't order a drink because I don't like coffee and the only non-coffee drink they had was Hot Chocolate and unsweetened iced tea. Too hot for hot chocolate and I don't like unsweetened iced tea. The ladies at the counter were very nice though and gave me some tap water! Overall a great experience. Sad I just found out about this place as they prepare to close their doors in September.
