I was a bit skeptical, and considered having my friends, and family help me move instead- but I'm so glad I did not, and can't imagine moving again without using movers. Sunny's team accommodated me on a short notice with reasonable pricing. They helped with the disassembling and wrapping of larger fixtures and furnitures, and worked so efficiently. There were no damages to my items either.

A few years ago we used Careful movers, but they were not available on the date we needed. We saw…read morethe positive reviews for Sunny and wanted to give them a chance! Overall our experience was good, but I don't think I would use them again. A little background: It was a super hot day, and I felt bad for the movers. They didn't seem to have water or proper PPE for the weather. The positive: Movers were on time and ready to work! Items were moved carefully, but they probably could have used a third worker based on the items we had. I feel I was transparent with how much items we had including heavy items. The negative: Two movers were not enough based on the items we had including heavy items. The move took much longer than expected. Movers seemed really irritated the whole time, which I can't tell if it was from the heat or we did something wrong. Movers also left garbage behind and we had to clean up after. Usually the moving company will follow up after to see how things went, but we never heard from Nancy. Nancy also said she would come to check in during the move, but never did. We paid, and it was done. I think overall, it was a fine experience, but not to the level of other moving companies I've worked with before. Based on the more recent reviews, it looks like some improvements have been made which is great!

They kept that same energy and hard work going the entire day, start to finish. Honestly, if you're on the fence about who to hire for your move, go with Xu's Moving. After extensive research, we opted to go with EOS for our move. Starting with the pros:…read more 1) We made sure to box up EVERYTHING except for furniture, and move it all to the garage for easy transportation. They were very quick to load it all up into the truck before moving on to the furniture we had in the house. 2) They disassembled and wrapped up our furniture very quickly and efficiently. We tried to disassemble as much as we could, but some pieces (like the sofa) were difficult for us. But they handled it all with ease and put everything back together just as quickly at the new home. 3) Despite 2 flights of long stairs at our old place, they handled the narrow hallway and constant up and down without any issues our complaints. Their ability to navigate large furniture pieces down the stairs without damaging the walls was truly impressive. 4) No extra charge for driving time. And they were very quick in getting from point A to point B. In fact, they were already unloading into the new home by the time I arrived. 5) Their rates are VERY competitive. However, they do charge a % fee if you pay with anything other than cash. 6) They estimated an 8am arrival time and arrived exactly on time. They were also very communicative leading up to the move date and did not charge extra based on the day of the week. 7) No extra charge for shrink wrap, or use of blankets or boxes. 8) They were pretty good for the most part about placing boxes in the correct rooms as we had all the boxes pre-labeled and post-its labeling which room was which. Cons: 1) We had some extra moving boxes laying around that they wound up using to package some of the lamps and other "smaller" home decor/lighting items. In addition to smaller furniture items (chairs, etc..). While we were okay with them using these as they were excess boxes that we wound up not needing, it would have been nice if they had simply asked first before grabbing them. 2) They only laid down floor covering for the first flight of stairs. And nowhere else in the home. This meant that their hand dollies carrying heavy payloads were rolling through our carpeting, hardwood, and stairs without any floor protection for most of the home. 3) Furniture items were only wrapped in shrink wrap to protect. Instead of thick blankets and then shrink wrap over the top. Thankfully however, no pieces appear to have sustained any damage during transit. Overall, we were pleased with our move with EOS and the value we received.

I had gotten food poisoning the day before and we were stressing because we hadn't yet finished packing. But it was no problem--they loaded the truck with the items that were ready to go while we packed the rest. Make sure to ask for Joseph and his team (Fernando and Victor). Because of Joseph I'm now convinced that moving is both an art and an athletic feat.
