I would say that this is the best family owned business in the Northside Of Chicago. Great customer service! The owner, Jose, is very personable and HONEST, there isn't anybody that I have been to that is full transparent with their customers. I have been going there for years and the prices are the best in town. I have tried and called different locations and they always wanted to up charge. I have seen the business grown from having two employees to six and with more equipment to provide the fastest service. Jose checked my tires one at a time and he was honest and said that I could use them for at least three more months. He does your breaks and suspension too. It's difficult to find a place that works on aluminum wheels. It's even harder to find a place that does great work for an affordable price. This place does all of those. The wheels on my car were bent, and I couldn't find another place that works on aluminum wheels. I brought the car here, and I was very pleased. José informed me that only two wheels needed to be fixed. If I had taken the car to the dealer, they likely would have told me to replace all four wheels, and charged me three times as much for each wheel. Highly recommend this great place! read more

I took my car there to get my tires replaced. They couldn't get 1 tire off and stated 1 bolt was stripped. The owner told me they would need to cut it off and there might be some small scratches around it. I said ok since it seems that was the only way to get it off. When I picked up my car that 1 wheel was totally damaged as if they used a chain saw to get the bolt off. The Wheel was completely destroyed. I asked what the heck happened and he said we told you we had to cut it. I said, yes you said there would be some scratches but not that you completely destroy my tire. He said that's how it is and charged me the full amount. I would not recommend these guys at all. Extremely disappointing service. read more

Awesome service! I had a special car that needed an alignment. It ended up that we couldn't get it in alignment because I needed a longer tie rod. Jose didn't charge me, he said go get that fixed, then come back, we'll finish the job then settle up. When I did come back for the alignment during the test drive afterwards a coolant line got loose. Jose went back to the shop, found some coolant, walked back to the car and fixed it enough for me to get home. at this point I still hadn't paid for the alignment. of course I went back in after that and paid, but he put a lot of trust in me. and after all that the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service, good prices. read more

Worst service I've ever had this dude told me he could fix my tire. The following day he said he can't fix it but he can get it a new one in the following day and have it ready by 4 pm. So I come in to pick up tire since he hasn't called and told me he couldn't get it. I show up he told me he didn't get it can't do anything until the following day it's been three days now im still out with out my vehicle. And now he asked me to leave because im rude. DTS is a fantastic neighborhood tire and wheel shop! I've now had tires installed on my truck and a flat fixed on another car. They are quick, personable, and really reasonably priced ($15 for the flat). Jose, the owner, had my flat fixed and back on the car in about 30 min after I showed up unannounced on a busy, rainy Saturday saving me the headache of putting the wheel back on in the pouring rain. I had brought a damaged wheel here a little over a year ago and the repair is still going strong.

My tire picked up a nail and got a slow air leak. Every 4th day Jiffy Lube would fill my tire back up. I called a few places near me thinking a patch or plug shouldn't cost too much. Seems places quoted me more money then i was willing to pay. One place I called told me to go to this place and off I go. From the street it doesn't look even reputable, just like a hole in the wall. I decide to take a chance. The one man who spoke English says it'll cost $15.00 and they had it done it about 15-20 max. It's been 3 weeks and things seem fine. While waiting i met a man who had been bring his BMW there and was satisfied with them. I'd def go back there for any other tire issues! read more

Great service. I had low air in a rear tire and suspected I had run over a nail or something. I couldn't find the issue so I drove it to Diamante. They diagnosed a rupture in my tire and were able to repair it. They charged me only $15, which was way lower than I had expected. I couldn't be happier. read more

This is the only place I'll ever take my car to! Jose and his staff are awesome. Some shops will take advantage of those customers that don't know much about cars (me!), but I never feel that way here. These guys are honest and know what they're doing. I made the poor decision of stopping by for an oil change during the weekend and they were SWAMPED with customers. So if you can, go during the week when it's way more relaxed. Great service! I discovered that I had a flat tire when I was getting ready to go to work this morning. I called B & L Automotive who quickly referred me to Diamante. When I called they told me I could bring my car in as late as 7 PM which meant I didn't have to take a whole afternoon off and gave me time to get caught up at work. I brought my car in around 6 PM and was out of there shortly after having to pay as little as $10 for a quick patch up to my tire. Very grateful that this place is so close to me! Given the roads here in Chicago I imagine it may not be long before I am back. It's good to know that with Diamante I will be in good hands :) Quick and friendly service! read more
