First, evaluate your wants/needs (i.e. comfort, tread longevity, wetness, snow, etc.) on-line for your vehicle then obtain pricing. Then, call other Tire retailers for comparative pricing too. Ultimately, call your nearest Discount Tire store for its "meet or beat" pricing and then arrange for their installation/balancing. Today was my third go-round with three different vehicles and each time has been a wonderful experience. Carlos Rodriquez, Mgr at this location earned these five-stars! I was cheerfully greeted and promptly serviced throughout. While waiting the wait area was immaculate and spacious. They also offer free water bottles, if desired. This was fine because not only was it my Navy Federal ATM .. I was also able to grab a drink. I was quoted 1.5 hours but it only took about an hour which wasn't bad considering it was mid day and no appointment and they looked very busy. There is plenty of space in the a/c waiting area with TVs and I noticed lots of police vehicles getting service there. My only recommendations would be to get an ATM in there facility and maybe a vending machine and courtesy coffee? I will be coming back here for all my vehicle needs. Oh and while I was standing there I heard the mechanic tell someone they didn't need an expensive service. They'll need it but not for a while. So that shows me they are honest people. I paid close to $400 for the compressor through the owner, Franchesco, on Monday, and he told me to come back Wednesday at 8:00 AM for the repair. I took off work and showed up Wednesday, only to be told there were still cars from Monday and Tuesday that had not been completed. No one called me or communicated that they would not be able to honor the appointment. He then told me to come back Thursday or Friday. I came back on Friday to drop my car off, and Franchesco told me he still could not do the job because he was "not ready." At that point, I asked for a refund because I no longer trusted the process. He told me that since I had already paid for the compressor, I could take the compressor and get it installed somewhere else. However, I had never seen the compressor, never received proof that it had been ordered, and never received any documentation for the part I paid close to $400 for. When I asked for proof or a receipt showing where the compressor was ordered from, I was told they "don't do that." He then seemed to get frustrated and told me that since I was going to get it fixed somewhere else, I needed to get the compressor from somewhere else. This was extremely unprofessional. My time was wasted multiple times, communication was poor, and the entire experience made me lose trust as a customer. I would not recommend this business.

The person who answered the phone was rude and quoted me $150 just for the service call, plus an additional $1.14 per mile. Throughout the conversation, he gave the impression that he was not interested in taking the job. I even offered to meet him at a location that would be more convenient, but he dismissed the idea and told me that this is not what their business is about and that I should go to a tire shop instead. Based on this interaction, the level of customer service did not match the reputation reflected in the reviews.
