They advertise they have a Morpheus 8 machine but it's a knockoff that never even heated up! The facial is dirty and with dark blue chemicals, there is no sink in this office. There was NOTHING esthetical about this place and the check-in desk was very messy and cluttered. The esthetical nurse was low energy and was barely assisting me when the provided Zelle QR code was not working. She was too busy watching videos and leaving voice notes on her phone. After the procedure, she did not wipe down the laser-lipo machine I had just used that clearly had gel all over it.
