I am surprised this company stays in business. Between the lack of customer service and the lack of skills. The decisions they make are only beneficial financially to them and unfortunately the customer ends up paying for the mistakes. They said they manage 55 complexes with only 14 employees. Once that was said it explained why so many mistakes and lack of customer service. They are spread to thin but it keeps their profit margins large.

They have been doing real estate in the JP area for decades and bring a tremendous amount of value. They know the market inside out and have deep relationships with buyers, sellers and other agents. I worked with them as a developer where they first listed our raw land, then after that didn't work out, they listed our new construction house. They provided us with some guidance on what they thought our buyer would be looking for in a house. It was under agreement two months before we finished, which worked out great for us and the buyer. About a year ago, I was considering purchasing a condo in Cambridge. Josh kept in regular contact with me and constantly updated me with new places on the market that fit my criteria. He never sent me an annoying email like: "Hey, I know you want to live near Central Square and need parking and want a two bedroom, but here's a one bedroom in Somerville without parking that I thought might interest you." A few times, he even picked me up, drove me to see places, and then dropped me right back at my apartment. He clearly knows a lot of about the real estate industry, because he was able to ask the seller's agent questions that I would never have thought of. Questions that really informed my decision on whether to make an offer. But most importantly, unlike other realtors, he never once tried to push a condo on me so he could get his commission. He was always honest about places we saw, often saying that he didn't think a condo was "right for me" before even hearing what I thought about the place. This is in complete contrast to the realtor I worked with before Josh who, no matter how awful a place was, would instantly say as we walked out the door: "You should definitely put an offer in, because a place like this won't last on the market." I wouldn't put an offer in, and months later, the price would have dropped significantly and the condo would still be sitting on the market. Imagine losing tens of thousands of dollars because your realtor convinced you to put an offer in on a substandard place? Ultimately, I didn't end up purchasing a condo, but I keep in fairly regular contact with Josh these days. And he still updates me on what's out there. I'm glad to see he's doing so well.
