This the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!! it's almost two weeks and I'm still trying to get them to fix my a/c. They are never on time for any appointments that they have made and they never call to let you know that they will be late or just never show. There is zero communication. The lack of concern for this situation in the middle of summer shocks me. They absolutely do not care at all about customer service. The shitty job that has been on going astounds me. Ryan is an absolute treasure in the contracting industry. He's skilled, smart, responsive, on time, kind, honest, communicative and efficient. We had the weirdest a/c problem ever that took months of failed trouble shooting with other companies. Once I found Ryan, he stepped in, diagnosed correctly, and successfully performed the repair everyone else said was impossible, saving us a ton of money. It was still a major repair that took several days, and during the process Ryan wouldn't leave each night until he'd swept and shop vac'd the grout. He sets appointments and actually shows up on time. Once he texted on the dot at the set time to let me know he was running 10 minutes late. Wow, I'm used to 2 hour windows that turn into 4. Brought Rhino back for 2 more mini-split installs. Looks perfect. Works perfect. Perfectly happy with their work. I will use them again for future installs. I know I have at least two more to go. Maybe 3. I noticed another review complaining he was "insulating." I low-balled him on my first install but once we talked over what had to be done, his quote was perfectly reasonable. Ryan is bluntly honest, but not disagreeable. If you want someone to lie to you and jack up the bill after the work is done, I guess you need to go to someone else. Definitely recommended this business. He was upfront, cordial, and discussed with me what he was doing. I felt very much apart of the project. I had an idea of what the issue was, so it was just a matter of getting the work done. I had a fuse blown, which he replaced and checked over my HVAC system to give advice on how to better maintain and what to look for with the system I have. My AC unit failed on the 4th of July. Ryan immediately answered text message and came to my house the next morning. He was able to replace the failed capacitor, checked levels on my AC, and keep it healthy despite being an 18 year old system. He comes across as very straight forward and knowledgeable. read more

Our 3 year old air conditioner was getting very noisy. Ryan came and quickly found a stiff motor in the air handling unit. He also quickly figured out the warranty process for us which saved a lot of money given that this is one of the new electronic controlled motor units.
