We are in the process of finishing up a home remodel, inside and out. Our contractor, who did the…read moreinside of the house, quoted us a price for stuccoing the outside of the home. The price seemed quite high to us so we researched other contractors for the job. We found Rivers Lath and Stucco on Angies List. Husband gave them a call and Frank (owner) came out to give us an estimate. His quote was less than half of what our contractor quoted, he had good reviews on Angie's List and seemed like a knowledgable, affable, nice guy. He estimated it would take 3-4 days for the job. He was here every day. He and his crew showed up when they said they would, were very polite and worked hard each day. Frank had some really good ideas on things that would make the house look better, things we hadn't thought of. He was a very good communicator, always pleasant and cheerful. Frank and his crew did an amazing job. The house looks better than we had hoped. They did exactly what they said they would do with regards to the process and materials used in the stucco. I didn't know men could clean up after themselves so well. I believe the house and surrounding area looks better than it did before they began. The job ended up taking 4 1/4 days and was well worth it. I would highly recommend Frank Rios, and Rivers Lath and Stucco.
