In love! My co worker and I visited this spot a few days ago. In just trying to be a tad healthier I chose a brown rice instead of the original white rice. I had honestly never seen such a beauty. It was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The yellow curry was delicious too. You can tell it was made with love. It was the perfect density of the coconut curry and the veggies perfectly cooked as well. Not too soft where they were mushy but also not hard. I still think about how delicious it was. I plan to explore black rice and how to make this type of rice at home because I was so intrigued by how beautiful it looked. It also happens to be a lot more nutrient based than your typical rice and I'm here for that. The staff were kind and attentive. They made sure we were taken cared of and prices were average compared to other locations. I don't think they have a lunch special. So good every time I go! When I found this place I think I went 3 times within a week lol if not, a week & a half the Thai iced tea & coconut soup with chicken is my absolute favorite! It's usually pretty quiet & chill, very much a hidden gem that deserves all the recognition! The servers are always so attentive & kind, & they give a good sized portion of all the food! The food is good! Pricey but good! The service and ambiance not so friendly! Maybe it's just their culture, idk, the lady was kind of aggressive. Even tossed our plates on the table as if we were a bother! 2 people, no drinks no appetizers and we spent $42 The house salad had chicken on it and it was so out of place. It didn't go with the flow at all. The salad would have been fine without the chicken. The pad Thai was good! The 3 cut up shrimps could have been left off most definitely. read more

Great food - made fresh daily. Our favorites are the yellow curry-chicken with rice & some orange chicken with fried rice. We never miss out on the mango sticky rice as an extra dessert treat even though we are usually full! That's ok - the leftovers are always delicious too. Service whether phone order for pick up or dining in is always done right & with care. I would recommend this restaurant for great Thai food !! Service took a while when I ordered only mango sticky rice. Not only was it the only thing I ordered, but it was also really old so it shouldn't have taken as long to get as it did. When I mean old, I mean brown mango slices, hard rice that had a bite to it, and old coconut sauce on top. Not at all worth almost 12 dollars. read more

I was looking for Thai food in Rialto and I went to this restaurant which is in the Food 4 Less shopping center. I got there at noon and they were closed and it looked semi empty but then later I went back at 6:30 PM and it was open the hours that they posted on yelp and on their Open for business sign are incorrect. It's like they get there when they get there. I had ordered pad see ew with chicken. It smelled really good and a good portion for the price. The only thing I had issues with it was too much rice noodle with a little bit of chicken and Chinese broccoli. I'm paying 15 bucks for a dish. There should be more chicken and Chinese broccoli. It was like there was only five pieces of chicken, which is not a lot, but I ate rice noodles for days. read more

I stopped by Rialto Thai Kitchen looking for a SIMPLE DESSERT after getting something to eat nearby. The drinks displayed in the window looked DELICIOUS, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and left me questioning how this place even stays open. When I walked in, the place was EMPTY, and there were no other customers. A woman came out and asked if I wanted carryout or dine-in. I told her I was just looking for desserts. Her demeanor was COMPLETELY UNWELCOMING--she made it VERY CLEAR she didn't want me there or care for my business. Her tone and attitude were downright RUDE, as if asking about their menu was an inconvenience to her. The vibe of the place is HORRIBLE. As I was writing this review, I noticed people walking in, only to LEAVE shortly after. It's no surprise--the atmosphere screams "DO NOT STAY." It's like they don't care about creating a good experience for customers. It almost felt like they didn't even want to be open. I didn't even get to try the food or dessert because the POOR HOSPITALITY was enough to drive me away. How do you mess up something as SIMPLE as welcoming a customer and offering TWO dessert options? If you're going to act like my questions are a problem, why should I give you my business? This place is in a RUN-DOWN area, which can sometimes be home to hidden gems with great food, but Rialto Thai Kitchen is NOT one of them. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Tried this place today because my go to Thai Restaurant in Fontana was closed for the holiday. Very disappointed with the customer service and food quality. Pineapple Fried rice was dry and made with curry seasoning which is not traditional. It was over seasoned and over cooked. The Pad see ewe was extremely overcooked mainly noodles and barely any vegetables or meat. All the noodles were sticking together. Waste of money!!! I tried the mango sticky rice which was the only item I purchased that was edible, the mango was fresh. The cashier refused to give me more than 4 sauces with my meal, I asked if I could pay for me and she refused to let me do that. Very rude! I won't be back, I'm sad I spent my hard earned money and my craving was not satisfied. read more

I won't be coming back. The customer service is consistently poor--staff members are rude, inattentive, and seem like they couldn't care less about the customers. Each time I've been here, they've either messed up my order or taken an unreasonably long time to bring out the food, even when the restaurant wasn't busy. On my last visit, the server got my order wrong, and when I pointed it out politely, they acted annoyed instead of apologizing or offering to fix it. Another time, I called ahead for takeout, and when I arrived, they hadn't even started preparing my food. No apology, no explanation. Oh boy. Got me a little nervous seeing some of the elites give this place low stars. But here's the thing... I was craving MANGO STICKY RICE something fierce today!!!! And Rialto Thai Kitchen was the only place nearby that had it for delivery. So that is why I ordered from them. Literally no other reason lol So I'll start with that item. The mango sticky rice was good. Was it great? No, sadly. Did it hit the spot and satisfy my craving? Yes, it sure did. My only complaint is the mango was too hard, and half of it I wasn't able to eat. The rice itself was too hard in some areas. Didn't taste like it was freshly made. But it was edible and got my craving out of the way. I also ordered chow mein with fried tofu. I wish it had more tofu. Didn't come with much- maybe 6 tofu cubes. And the chow mein is tiny noodles, closer to top ramen noodles. I also ordered a watermelon smoothie with boba. That was sweet and tasty, and the boba was yummy! My wife and I have ordered food from this place twice and both times the food has been amazing!!! I would warn you their spice level is serious. The food is also incredibly flavorful. The air conditioning was barely working, making it really uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, we saw a cockroach crawling while we were eating. It was honestly disgusting. We have been eating here for several years and have always enjoyed everything we have ordered. Last night we placed a to go order (as we have done before) of several entrees. The portions were about half of what we received in the past, the orange chicken was hard as a rock, massaman curry was basically liquid, very little meat and vegetables. My husband didn't recognize any of the workers. New owners? If so, they are going to lose business if these are their new portions. read more

The problem is either they have new management or new staff or something because they went from delivering food earlier than expected to delivering it 40+ minutes late or not at all. I have had to cancel an order through door dash which is how I always ordered my food because it was supposed to be delivered at 5:00-5:10pm and by 5:50 I gave up waiting. When I called to ask for my order status I was told to re-order, pay again, and wait another 45-50 minutes which is absurd when I originally ordered at 4pm. We may consider ordering from here again if you choose to have better customer service. read more
