Food is always amazing if there's one thing I love about Asian food is the scorched sauté from the wok that just lends a beautiful taste to the food. Dinner specials can be found here. There are many to choose from on the menu. Dinner meals are served with soup, salad, wontons, and shrimp fried rice. I chose the Spicy Basil Leaf with pork. The dish was seasoned well but the spice level was barely detectable for me. I should have gone one level up. Flavor was savory and the pork was tender but a few more Thai basil leaves could have been added during the preparation. I found only three so the dish was somewhat bland. The shredded cabbage and lettuce salad with its mayonnaise base dressing was fresh. Soup was a light bodied vegetable broth with cabbage, onions, and carrots. Shrimp fried rice came with two nicely textured shrimp. The rice itself was just seasoned with soy sauce and had bits of scrambled egg within. Wontons consisted of two halves of a fried wonton wrapper with no filling. The Thai iced tea was sweet. Overall, a decent dinner with a fair amount of food. Service was polite and efficient. Great food, made fresh and served promptly, with impressive service. I place my orders online, and I only get one item (wonton soup). It's the best remedy for my body when I start to feel slightly under the weather. My husband went to pick it up-- unfortunately, was the first time I didn't receive my order correctly. I'm a little disappointed but I called and spoke to (Fui) she was at first saying I requested it. But as you see in the order form as well as online, both state the same thing. (no shrimp on small) which is why I ordered the large. Anyways-- great food overall! Would I order again, yes! It was a simple mistake and I hope next time it's fixed. Tried a couple in the area that didn't meet our expectations. Found Thai T Fontana specifically on Sierra Avenue & Jurupa Ave and it's the Winner! We first did take out with them because that was the service they provided at the time. It's still Take Out only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Dine-In and Take Out the rest of the week. We were able to finally bring our family in for a sit down meal in their restaurant in September 2025 and the food was delicious and service was attentive! We had Thai Iced Coffee, Thai Iced Tea, Fried Cheese Wonton, Tom Kha Kai soup with Chicken, Vegetable Pad Thai, Beef Panang Curry Medium Spicy, Beef Mus Man Curry Medium Spicy, Tamarind Chicken, and Thai Fried Rice. Their Thai Iced Coffee and Thai Iced Tea were flavorful and had a good balance of coffee or tea to the cream portion and ice. Their Tamarind Chicken was crispy and reminded me of a battered fried chicken with citrus flavor. Their curries were perfectly seasoned and rich. Vegetable Pad Thai seasoned well with good proportions of veggies to noodles. Their curries were very rich. Everything was Yum, but special Kudos for the Tom Kha Kai soup!! There is no other place we go to when we're in a fried rice mood than Thai T because it's the best we've ever had. Came here on a whim for lunch while trying to pick up something in this area. It was a weekday Friday lunch so it was busy but luckily there were some open spots for a party of 2. The staff was attentive, kind and prompt! Which was surprising since there were so many people. The Tom Kha Ga with chicken was pretty great, I got it without spice and the taste was very much alive and delicious. This place used to be SO popular pre-covid. I heard so much about this place, frequented every time I was in the area, and even told others about it. After Covid, even now after Covid has minimized, they still haven't opened their dining room. It's take out only. The food isn't as good anymore. The prices have gone up. Service has gone down. Recently we went in, and the person in front had their head down half asleep on the counter. Not too many options if you're vegetarian, as many of the dishes (especially the more popular ones) have fish sauce in it. If you don't want fish sauce, they do soy sauce and it's just not as good. There's potential for this place to get 5 stars again, I hope they do. read more
