I will never go back. The customer service is horrible. I have been there on two occasions and the lady that takes your order literally is rushing you and doesn't let you finish a sentence. We recently moved from LA to Fontana and I've been looking for a good Thai food place and came across this restaurant on yelp. The first time I went I had the orange chicken and my boyfriend had the vegetable soup both super tasty and that orange chicken was full of flavor. This time I wanted to try their fried rice pad thai and my boyfriend got the chicken noodle soup needless to say we'll be going here again and I'll probably be a regular. Had the pad Thai and I felt the noodle to meat ratio was off-- too much noodles not enough chicken. The taste was average though I thought the noodles were a bit too sweet, probably from the sauce. I had ordered takeout for my office so I have to give a shout out and thanks for taking our order right at their closing time and staying those few minutes extra for us. They even were able to pack one extra rice box I ordered when I got there. They have a free Thai iced tea with check in so you gotta love the yelp perks! To all of you saying your food was good... maybe the secret ingredient was a hair in it? I ignored several red flags I wish I hadn but the end of my visit was the cherry on top. As someone who has worked in the food industry in under grad I am all for being kind to wait staff but I found my interactions with the server unwarranted and biased on her end. I walked in and was not greeted. I said hello and asked, "can I pick a seat?" as I had never been there before and she sat at a booth on her laptop also on the phone. The woman (dyed blonde hair,dark roots, short in stature with glasses)paused her conversation and said "pay first and then I'll see you and bring your food" (Very rude and aggressive). I probably should've took that as the first red flag in that it was an extremely rude response and left but I thought that is just how she speaks. However, about 20 minutes later someone else walked in she immediately greeted him with a "Hi, what can I do for you?" Sat him down and gave him a menu. She did the same thing to a couple that walked in after him. Yet, she made me come to the front, look at the menu at the front, did not offer me a menu or seat me without paying first. I felt like there was some discriminatory things going on in that another customer walked in similar that had similar features as mine (skin tone), and also was welcomed with the same rude response. The cherry on top is when I got to the bottom of my plate and noticed that there was a hair in it. She was completely unapologetic and knew it was a hair. My hair is long and died a light brown. I was disgusted and mortified. Never again. Read the reviews especially those on google that are newer and lowest ranked. read more

Ordered food for pick up twice now from here. Each time, the food was super fresh. We have tried their shrimp pad thai, beef pad see ewe, combination fried rice, pork spare ribs, tomKaKai soup and galbi short ribs. I didn't give 5 starts only because they charge extra to have a shrimp dish but you only get 2-3 shrimp for the entire entry. Also-the second time I ordered, I requested for spicy soup but it was sooooo spicy I could not eat even half of it. The flavor was awesome so I kept trying to eat it but for once I was defeated by the heat so be aware of that. We've been going to Rialto Thai Kitchen for a few years now... food has always been really good. Our favorites are the combination fried rice and the drunken noodles with chicken. The orange chicken is also really, really good. I've also done the yellow curry; and that's pretty good too. Only downside is you don't get free steamed rice with entrees - like you do other places. But the quantity is pretty good and everything is pretty tasty; so the extra rice isn't a dealbreaker. read more

This the worst thai places i have ever been to and I've been to a-lot, the service was absolutely horrible the girl at the front was very rude , I ordered pick up and my food was incorrect , they made my meal with ground beef even though no where on the menu does it say ground beef , it just shows beef , and the rude worker tried to justify it and then realized i was right , then continued to make it worse by trying to charge me again after having to wait longer for our meal because i wanted rice separate like i stated over the phone , and she wasn't even apologetic, and she tried saying that i agreed to pay more , I know what i said and i did not agree to that so i told her and she became more aggressive and rude . On top of all that my old food was just mixed in with the new beef and flavor wise it was horrible . I ordered Thai tea and drunken noodles with beef. This is the first time I've ever received mystery minced meat in drunken noodles instead of sliced beef. This place has the best thai food in the immediate SB area hands down. The Pad see ew and pad thai here are amazing, the noodles are soft and the beef is tender. I try to limit myself to only coming once a month if I can help it, it's that good! Rialto can be a real foodie wasteland, and I can see why this place has a rating higher than it should. We've now tried 6 different entrées and they have all been way too sweet. Sugar does not equal good food, however if you aren't used to good Thai cuisine, and subsist primarily on fast food, I can see why some folks like this, and this may be what this restaurant's customers like. This place is a rare gem in Rialto , located in an older shopping plaza of Food for Less and McDonalds .. very easy to find tucked in a little corner next to a nail shop with tons of parking . Customer service is great the servers are very friendly & attentive. The food quality is phenomenal and wonderful portions and authentic Thai cuisine. Overall , I'd say this is a perfect location & local to satisfy for Thai food craving . We were calling places for Christmas day dinner take out. Very nice to have them open and it's one of our fav. food. Thai. Stopped by for pickup and found that this place inside a large plaza. Plenty of parking and it's easy to find. Place is a little dated however very cozy. Placed order and waited there. booth is a bit dated and so are the decor. it's more traditional setting and not as some of the other more modern / fusion restaurant. Food smell flavorful and delicious, made me more hungry. Got home and love the flavor. It's very similar to the Thai food we like and usually go for. Rialto Thai Kitchen however is a bit more greasy in my opinion. I recommend people near the area to try this Thai food. If not for the Christmas Day hard to find dinner, we would not have the chance to go there. Always good to try something new. read more

Came to this spot with a hungry group of five. I was a bit nervous because the last 4.5 star place in This! Ah hopPing center was not great but I am happy I tried this place. Everything was flavorful and my son was a fan of their Tom kha soup (hope I spelled that right). We got a large to share as a started and it was gone by the time we left. We had it with a large side of rice. We also had curry, panang, pad see eww, skewers and pot stickers I think we all got chicken but we were satisfied and although I prefer solid chunks of chicken breast and they serve ground chicken I would come back and try more items. read more

Looked like it had potential, but their food showed us otherwise. After a long day of work I was left with a desire to cheer up my family of five by bringing home something that I knew they would enjoy very much. Thai food! To explain the background of Thai food and our family, I would have to mention our favorite Thai restaurant called Pho Mai. Their price was quite similar to Rialto Thai Kitchen however, the quality of food was something else. You could feel the culture and vibrance in Pho Mai's soups, their love and character in their sampler plates. Something I could not even fathom to do with Rialto's "Simple Plate" appetizers, and their "Tom Kha" soup. Not to forget that their prices were quite similar to Rialto's Thai Kitchen. Despite this, their "Yellow Curry" and "Dynamite Wings" wasn't as disappointing as the other plates. However, the curry's potatoes seemed to have been taken out of a freezer, and boiled for a bit to leave my son chewing for a good five minutes. The "Dynamite Wings", not so dynamite, more like "Little Fight". They had a mild spice with a pleasant tangy seasoning. Would I go again?
