Awesome food, awesome service!!!! As a visitor to the Lower 48 I had the craving for a lot of Ribs and the CRIB delivered. Not only were the ribs endless, they were smoky and moist with a lot of flavor. Our waiter Valerie was so very courteous and polite and ON SPOT keeping our drinks and ribs coming. My family and I have eaten here for year's.The staff have Always been great.The food has always been pretty good. Recently the ribs have been not so good. The last 2 times they have been dry and tough with not much flavor. I believe if I was using the word rib in my name then that would be the star of the menu. Hopefully they can get it together. read more

The food is really good except when you get the all you can eat ribs. The first batch you get are tender and juicey but the refills tend to be dry and tasteless, I'm sure its because they cut up a bunch of them and put them on a platter and put them under a heat lamp. Come on guys. Your shooting yourselves in the foot. Keep those ribs covered and in the warmer. Only cut them before serving. What your doing is taking a really good rack of ribs and turning them into less than average. read more

If you're wanting to go on a diet eat here! Everything they served us was disgusting! Baby back ribs were burnt black. Sent them back and got more of the same. The meat was like eating bark off a tree. The turkey was cold and dry. Even the sides were terrible. The coleslaw was old and yellow. One bite was all I could do for fear of salmonella. What a sad waste of my hard earned money. Service was as bad as the food. No one checked on us. No one re-filled drinks. We had to go search for our own refills that were promised. We saw our food sitting under heat lamps for almost 10 minutes and had to go find someone to get it delivered. We knew it was ours because the place was empty. Apparently we didn't get the memo to avoid this place like the entire rest of the city did. read more

We used to love rib crib, and after moving to Midwest city we were pleased to find one nearby. We ate here several times & the food and service were great. Then we went about a month ago. There is a server there named Eric. He was new & his service was sllloooowwww. Our sandwiches were filled with hunks of fat... not meat. To get waited on we had to ask the kitchen staff for help. After complaining to the manager, Eric brought us our to go cups. When we got home & dumped out our drinks, I noticed that one of the cups was filled with pure grease. We talked to the manager the next day & showed her the cup, and all she did was give us a gift card (like we are gonna even attempt to go back?!) Well last night a family member wanted to go eat there, so we decided to give it one more try... And what you ask was the first thing we saw??? None other then Eric. We walked out! I know when you are new you are slow & that's fine, but when a whole area is complaining of cold food and bad service then it's time to move him elsewhere. Not checking dinnerware (plates, cups, silverware) is one sure way to make someone sick, so is being so slow that everyone's food is cold when it reaches the table. I won't be back. read more

The staff is friendly and the manager, James, goes out of his way to make sure you have the very best dining experience! The food is great! The service is excellent! I had the loaded potato. The brisket was very dry and flavorless. Wasn't enough sour cream, or enough bacon bits. The potato was extremely dry.....should've added some salt. I wanted my loaded potato chopped up and spreaded out, but instead it was in one medium sized potato :( The service was nice but the food wasn't. Food - 4 stars Sauce - 4 stars Service - 3 stars Store Intangibles - 3 stars This is a fairly popular chain barbecue place with decent deals. I personally prefer their 2 meat plate deals whenever they run them. As the name suggests, they are known for their ribs and often have really good deals on them, but I am more a pulled pork fan. I had a sandwich with mild bbq sauce along with fries. I absolutely loved the meat. It was tender and flavorful, without having tons of fat throughout, which can be a problem at some bbq joints. The sauce was delicious too. Just the right blend of sweet and spicy and a perfect complement to the meat. The sandwich came with fries and to be honest, I can barely even remember the fries. They were seasoned...and fairly tasty I think. To be honest, I was much more concerned with the bbq. It definitely isn't the most unique bbq I've had, or the very best...but if you are looking for a solid bbq sandwich at a decent cost, this place will serve your purpose everytime! As for the service and cleanliness, I can't complain. Both were what you have come to expect from dining out at a decently run chain business. The drinks were kept full for the most part, didn't have to wait too long for the food or the orders. The waiter was friendly, perhaps even too much as I am not particularly big on hearing about my server's day, but better to be overly friendly than a jerk. I have no comments about the cleanliness of the place. The decor was typical bbq establishment, nothing too unique or special. I can't comment on the restrooms in this place as I forgot to check them. Overall, a solid dining experience for a decent price. read more

My brother came for a visit so I took him to Rib Crib for the all you can eat ribs and our service was just as great as the last time I was there. The food was great, except my burger was way to greasy but my brother and son loved the ribs in all of the different flavors and rubs. read more

I came here with a friend. The sever was terrible. We waited about 10 mins for her to arrive to get our drink order. They weren't busy. Then the food was served by another server. The macaroni was cold. She never came to check back on us until after we were finished. Then when she was told about the cold macaroni she simply said oh it was? Do you want something else.
