If you want a potato and chili burrito, then this is for you. I ordered an egg, potato, cheese, & chili burrito. This is ridiculous. There are specks of egg.

Popped in 8/4 on my way out of CO because i wanted to try the local green chilis. I ordered a smothered breakfast burrito loaded with bacon, eggs, cheese, and potatoes. My burrito was swimming in a delicious green chili sauce. Overall it was an enjoyable way to depart CO. I ordered the regular/small size and it was more than enough. Employee was very friendly.

Never going there again I told them no egg cuz I'm allergic they didn't not care and I pay extra for chicharron and theres no chicharron in it

Some nights result in a dire need for burritos for breakfast. Friday morning called for burritos. We ordered via uber eats and it came super quick. We opted to create our own breakfast burrito flight and ordered: +Big Louie: eggs, potatoes, bacon, green chili, and cheese +Pigs in a Blanket: eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, green chili, and cheese +The Willie: Bacon, chorizo, sausage, cheese, and chili If a breakfast of assorted meats, eggs, potatoes, and cheeses wrapped in a tortilla doesn't help your hangover, nothing else will. The burritos are also grilled which is delish. These burritos were awesome and super filling. Sadly where I am from in Miami we don't have a ton of burrito options, so every time I travel more west I always have to get my fix. These are also huge for the price - each one is about $5.50 - $6.50 and you def do not need even a whole one per person. Would totally reccomend it.

We happened upon this place by accident. The menu is extensive, and the burritos are excellent! Make sure you have enough time, as it took a few for us to receive our burritos. I had the Plain Jane, which consists of eggs, potatoes, and peppers. I ordered the spice level "hot", and dang was it good. My husband ordered the Willy B, medium. It was stuffed full of meat. There is a large and small option. We ordered the small, and it was a ton of food! Both of us cannot wait to return to try other menu items. Oh, there is also great seating inside if you are inclined to stay. Also, it was incredibly clean! If you have not been, you need to go!

Potato, egg, cheese and green chile burrito without egg and cheese.

The folks working here were friendly and efficient. You can opt for a soft burrito or grilled. This is a thoughtful option as a grilled burrito provides much needed texture. I ordered a potato, egg and cheese with medium green chile. My burrito was stuffed with deep fried potato squares and it was overwhelmingly filled with them. After eating a few bites, I ripped open the burrito to find that there was no discernible egg or cheese. If you want deep fried potatoes covered in green chile in burrito form, this is the place to come for that. I wouldn't bill this place as a restaurant that serves breakfast burritos. My tortilla disintegrated as I was eating it which was bizarre. I am glad I tried this place as my visit quelled my curiosity but I have no plans to return. After consuming maybe a quarter of the burrito, the remainder was discarded. I longed for better balance that included discernible egg and cheese. Note that they charge sales tax at a rate of 9.15% which I don't believe is accurate for this zip code.

This is the country burrito with sausage and mild green chili. Delicious

I ordered from Uber. We got the pigs in a blanket mild chili and the country with sausage. Both are delicious. Potatoes and chili are seasoned and tasty, sausage is good the bacon crispy. The tortillas were grilled so they didn't get soggy. These are also pretty hefty sized burritos. Price is incredibly reasonable for the amount of food you get. My only complaint is not a lot of egg. But with the price of eggs now a days it isn't a surprise. Overall delicious breakfast. I would recommend this place 100%.

The big Louie is perhaps the best breakfast burrito in town. Hidden gem! The chile has great flavor and perfect heat.

This place fills up 60 days in advance, without fail! When we arrived, we were able to get parking about a block away on the street. We were soon greeted and guided to our seats upon walking in. This is a very small restaurant - only a few tables, not many options for big groups, and some bar seating both inside and outside. I can see why the reservations are in such high demand! We were recommended to get 4-5 small plates, so we decided on the Guacamole Alma, Burrito de Frijoles Puerco, Apache en su Jugo, and Enmolada de Pato. We also shared the hibiscus margarita and Mex 75. The drinks came out first - the hibiscus margarita was so refreshing, light and delicious! We weren't as big fans of the Mex 75 - but if you like smoky drinks this is the one for you. The guacamole came out first - it was tangy and tasty. I will say that the other dishes were a lot more unique. The burrito was a standout - we absolutely loved the homemade sourdough tortilla, one of the best we've ever tasted. The chorizo filling was savory and tasty. The Apache en su Jugo was unique and had a lovely flavor - if you are a beef tartare fan this is a wonderful dish to try! The enmolado de pato came out last and we thoroughly enjoyed the mole and flavor. This is definitely worth checking out. I will say as a Houston native we have several restaurants with similar flavors and slightly lower price tags and wait times, so I am a bit spoiled in that regard. But all in all the service is wonderful, it's a pleasure to try so many different and unique dishes, and the joy of snagging a reservation is worth it!

Place is cozy, right on the corner, very natural earthy interior design, makes it feel like vacation and very different from rest of Denver vibe. Foods are beyond just tasteful, feels like a whole experience with every bite. You typically need 4 to 5 plates for a party of two, each plate is elegantly designed and crafted. It comes out as a pure perfection, the house cocktails are unique above all is the avocado margarita, which is one of the exotic cocktails of all. Staff are extremely professional, not too friendly, not too cold, just the right amount of politeness to make one comfortable. For my fellow Denver folks, you have to visit this place to experience contemporary Mexican dishes, which, by the way, most of them taste more towards a comfortable level of spicy.

The food was delicious! We got $2 chips and salsa off the happy hour menu and the queso con soyrizo (not on HH menu) which was served with warm tortillas. Honestly we probably didn't need all that because the tacos were so good I could've just filled up on more of the tacos, but still was a great meal! I ordered the lengua, pastor, and taco special (breaded shrimp). They were all so good. Think taco quality of a good street taco spot but with the ambiance of a cute tex mex bar. The bartender was great and made a solid marg ($8 on happy hour). You get a great deal on taco Tuesday but I'm sure you'd get great service and quality any day of the week!

Then you are driving the neighborhood hoping to find a spot. Finally parked and walked to the restaurant. Host told me it would be 30 minutes but the actual wait was 50 minutes. Spend so much time parking and then waiting, at what point do you give up and leave empty handed? Restaurant is VERY LOUD. Finally got a table and ordered OFF MENU. Server agreed to substitute shrimp for my enchiladas and they were good! Fresh corn tortillas were the highlight. Ordered tres leches cake and enjoyed it too. Was a nice meal but just not worth all the hassle.

There were several other NA cocktails and beers available as well. We were all very pleased with our entrees. They were all luscious. Two of us are vegetarian and there were plenty of choices. I had Crispy Avocado Tacos, which came with black beans, and a side of Street Corn--both great choices. My friend had quesadillas and Potato Flautas , which I tasted and almost wish I had ordered as well.
