It is located in the strip mall near the Purdue Fort Wayne campus housing. The shop is very modern, attractive, comfortable and inviting. It feels like Sister Pho is targeting a younger 20 something market - perhaps the nearby student population. The atmosphere is very youthful with Nelly and Ne-Ya music playing on the TV. The service team was very youthful, kind and customer focused. You will access the menu on the QR code - no paper option. Their menu is very large and attractive. Sandwiches, Pho noodle soups, vermicelli bowls, fried rice, special rice dishes and spring rolls comprise the menu. It is my opinion that their prices are higher than the average FW Pho restaurant (or at least my regular Pho place). Note: I included clips of the online menu for your review here. Here is a rundown on the things we ordered: -Spring Rolls: two very fresh tasting shrimp & pork rolls for $8. The insides were very fresh and light tasting. It worked with a veteran waitress like Vina. Not on a busy night with an inexperienced waitress like Pia. All this caused: reminding the waitress to get our appetizer, having to go get plates and chop sticks while our appetizer got cold, often wait on refills, long delay in entrees to arrive, long wait to get the check returned.
