I ordered a two protein with an egg roll. That's not even talk about that eggroll disgusting overcooked. I ordered chicken breast and tofu both of them completely dry. They give you one little container of teriyaki sauce, the vegetables, frozen vegetables. The place was not busy. That was my first clue that I probably shouldn't have stopped. I've passed by there several times, same thing, not busy, but I let my stomach do the thinking and being tired after a long day. $21 and some change for this meal. There were several small things and a big issue with the quality of food I received. - order wasn't ready at time said it would be - Portion was 3/4 of what I expected based on size ordered, price, and pictures - Bowl was filled with mostly rice - Paid extra for fried rice and it was NOT what you'd expect of fried rice. It was essentially white rice with peas and carrots in it, no egg, no flavor - Chicken had black burnt pieces on it - "Spicy" sauce was void of any other flavor except "spicy" and even that wasn't so spicy - Vegetables were mostly cabbage - egg roll was not packaged in closed container so it fell out into the bag - At least one of the kitchen staff had his nose outside of his mask, even with the owner in the store I ordered from this place through GrubHub because I was over in the area and wanted to pick up a quick dinner that wasn't McDonalds. First strike was my order wasn't ready when the app said it would be. So I ended up waiting about 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready. The cashier said they had been busy. Frustrating they couldn't keep up, but ok. I went for the regular order instead of the small. At a cost of $11.58, I figured a "regular" would give two small portions. Wrong. I noticed right off the bat the container was only 3/4 of the way full and mostly rice. When I got it home, there was about 4 oz of chicken, about a cup of "veggies" (mostly cabbage), and about 2 cups of "fried rice", which was white rice with a few peas and carrots thrown in. I did bring the issue up with the cashier and then the owner, but no resolution was offered and they acted like I was a 2nd class citizen for ordering through GH. I called GrubHub and because the restaurant refuse a resolution, they couldn't do anything. Overall the food wasn't good and the chicken tasted between burned and sriracha. You could get something tastier from Panda Express or your cheap local mom & pop Asain shop. That, on top of the poor customer service and value of what you get isn't worth returning in my opinion. I understand businesses are doing their best, but even with rising food costs and labor considerations; good customer service when you make a mistake goes a long way. read more

Went to this location on recommendation of a friend went in to get me a order the Teriyaki bowl with chicken breast veggies and fried rice also got a egg roll with my combo. My chicken was grilled but had no taste , the fried rice was greasy, the veggies only had three small broccoli florets and four slices of zucchini but a lot of cabbage and carrots not a very good consistent. Grand openings can be "Madness", and the grand opening of Teriyaki Madness certainly lived up to its name. The restaurant was packed and the line was formidable. A new staff and such a sizable crowd can be a challenge for any opening but the staff at T.M. were up to the task tonight. My entire family left full and very pleased with our experience. All of my reviews are based on the ability of the establishment to live up to the customers expectations walking in the door. Food quality, value for price, cleanliness and staff performance all play a part in my final score. Usually in the car on the ride home my family will share their thoughts which helps in forming my final opinion. Walking in the door at the grand opening of Teriyaki Madness we initially thought of turning around and walking back out. Every table (inside and out) was full and the line was very long. We decided to give them a chance anyway. The line moved fast for such a crowd and it wasn't long before we were at the register. Since it's the grand opening of a teriyaki place we all ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl with veggies (they were running a promo). The amount of people waiting for food and in line was somewhat chaotic, but the staff and management made every effort to accommodate the guests. The Manager JD and the girls up front all tried to make the guests feel comfortable and informed. More than once the staff up front offered us free drinks or compensation for the wait. We understood the wait times and overlooked them for this review. Despite the wait we still got a table and when the food arrived it was fresh and hot. The veggies were cooked with the right amount of firmness, rice was cooked well and the teriyaki, while coated with more sauce than I prefer, was perfectly grilled. As a parent any time I can feed my family a meal of this quality at this price I am happy. We spent less than we normally do at fast food burger joints and received a far superior meal. My wife and kids really enjoyed the meal and I enjoyed watching my kids eat the veggies instead of filling their face with fries. The entire experience was incredible for the price point. The restaurant was clean, the food was good and an incredible value. But where they earned the fifth star was the staff. Being in the weeds can be a huge challenge for a new staff, but the staff at Teriyaki Madness out performed our expectations and did so with charm and professionalism. My family all agreed that we couldn't find a reason to take a star away, so 5 stars it is. Teriyaki Madness lived up to its name tonight ... it was madness .... tasty, sweet, grilled madness !
