Just ordered 2 things of sesame chicken and some dumplings about 2 minutes ago and had to cancel because I had something come up that I had to go do so I called to cancel the order and this guy told me "I already fucking made your order what do you mean you wanna fucking cancel it." The worst interaction I've ever had at a food place because after I placed the order they said it would take 15 to 20 minutes so I dont understand how they made the food so quickly. We got several items: Fried Rice - 6/10 because it lacked vegetables. General Tso Chicken - 7/10 because it's not crunchy enough for me. Rangoons - 10/10 because they are flat and easier to eat. Also, the flavor is awesome. Best I've had! It didn't come with any pink sauce that normally accompanies rangoons. Hunan chicken- 8.5 / 10 because it's spicy but not too spicy. Fresh veggies, and blends very well with flavor. Shrimp Lo Mein - 8/10 because it has a moderate amount of vegetables, shrimp, and noodles. It's very flavorful! Service 4/5. We will go here again! Note: many people are unhappy with their delivery! I suggest picking up your order. They have hired a new counter person who is very friendly! This place use to be good. About 2 months ago it started to go down hill. Chicken pad Thai was delicious but now its flavorless mushy noodles cut in small pieces resembling tape worms. I waited a month and went back and still no improvement. The lady that takes orders needs to find something else to do. Customer service and empathy are clearly not her strong suits. You never yell at a customer demanding their credit card info and haggle them for a tip amount to add to the charge. Also, as a sales professional and business owner, I can understand and appreciate an upsell. When you try to force a customer to order more food, you will make them feel uncomfortable and not want to come back. Again, an area lacking in customer service. It's simple. Stopped in for dinner last night, I ordered shrimp fried rice and chicken wings. Coming from the Midwest I am accustomed to quality Chinese for a low price. I was shocked when my total for two menu items came to $16.22!!! $9.99 for an order of fried rice, but I'll pay for good food. Thank the Lord, I wasn't disappointed. The rice was seasoned to PERFECTION w/generous amounts of shrimp, peas, carrots, onions and egg. The egg was slightly over cooked for my liking, but compared to others I've tried it was outstanding. As for the chicken wings they weren't worth $4.99. Small in size and bland to the taste. Can't wait to try more items on the menu. read more

My wife and I ate here once. It was ok. Subpar next to like Panda but still held its own. It's kind of quaint but nothing special. If ordering to go be sure to get condiments, etc. before you leave. I checked and they didn't give me much. Nice people too so, it was good. read more

I normally don't leave reviews but this has gotten out of hand... On two different occasions I have gotten food poisoning. The first time it happened about a year ago, I called up there the next day to tell them I had been throwing up all night and I was told to wait until the manager which is the older lady comes in on Wednesday so I could explain to her what happened. So Wednesday comes around I drive up there and she tells me "how do I know it came from my restaurant" and for me to show her proof I went to the doctor she was basically calling me a liar. That's not something you say to someone who has been a valued customer. I used to come in there all the time since i live down the street from this place. So moving forward to this past Monday ..keep in mind it has been a year since I've eaten there so I decided to give them another try for some odd reason... boy was that a mistake . We've eaten here on several occasions. Each time we go the food is prepared quickly, served hot and tastes wonderful. We go out of our way to eat lunch here when we go shopping in Rockwall. Quiet atmosphere with plenty of seating and parking. This is NOT buffet style. You order from the menu @ the counter and it is prepared after your order is placed. The longest we have waited is probably five minutes. One large plate has the entree and two big scoops of either steamed or fried rice with a fresh eggroll. First time here. Disappointed that at 3:30 we could not order lunch that seemed silly. As for the food we ordered sesame chicken and shrimp on vegetable rice. Portion size for dinner was very big, will definitely fill u up or be 2 meals. Sesame chicken was delicious and the shrimp was large and evenly portioned with the rice. While the entrees were great the extra sides I ordered were very sub par. Te egg rolls at about $1.29 each were incredibly small and more like a small spring roll. Good taste but very poor portion size. Their crab rangoons were also similarly skimpy. Hardly any filling at all made these a completely waste of money. So entrees = good, sides = rip off. read more

Spent 30 dollars for an 1 hour and 30 min wait for delivery of cold food. When calling back after the 1 hour and 20 min mark I was yelled at over the phone that the driver is on his way. My house is 1 mile down the road and it took another 10 minutes to get my food. Yes it may have been different if I picked it up but the fact it took an hour and a half to get cold food and have to microwave it and pay 30 dollars for it is ridiculous. read more

We have been eating here since it opened. We have several favorites that we usually order. We have always loved the Pad Thai and Orange Chicken. Alas there appears to have either been a change in ownership or the cook because our last order was substandard compared to previous meals. The Orange Chicken should be renamed Orange Tempura Batter. I don't think that the overcooked tiny chewy morsel at the middle could even remotely be recognized as chicken. The Pad Thai was also not up to par. Just didn't have the same taste we have come to know and love. The Chicken Fried Rice was very bland like the chickenhad been steamedseparatelyand just laidon topofthefriedrice. . Maybe we just caught them on a bad night or "The Covid" has changed eating out forever. I would rather pay more for the original quality than get substandard food. So disappointed! We have ordered from them before and it was good. Tonight my husband ordered Beef and Shrimp Pad Thai. When it arrived there was 1 shrimp. I called to let them know I think they made a mistake on our order. The lady told me they only put 4 shrimp in the Pad Thai. I checked it and there was one shrimp. Let me start by saying you'd be better off spending your money on food from Panda Express than here. I ordered orange chicken with lo mein and crab rangoons. To start, orange chicken: I'm not sure this can even be considered chicken. Every piece was incredibly crunchy and tasted like there was no chicken. I thought maybe it was just burnt or overcooked, so I bit one in half; and sure enough, absolutely no chicken. I was eating fried grease balls?! I did this with mua few others of various sizes and finally found the tiniest piece of chicken in one of the large pieces. Already feeling a little sick to my stomach, I moved on to the lo mein. Part of me sort of expected some veggies or something accompanying them, but no, just noodles. Ok, that's fine, not a problem. These were some of the slimiest, soggy, off-tasting lo mein noodles I've ever had. Finally, the "crab" rangoons... these were actually some pretty average tasting cream cheese rangoons. Notice I said "cream cheese" and not "crab". There was not a single hint of crab in any of them. Now that was just simply misleading. Just avoid this place, there's nothing here worth your time or money. read more

Food has been hot and staff friendly enough (usually just teenagers). Considering this is a small town and the only Chinese food you can get; it hits the spot.
