Got food poisoning from their pork fried rice. I should have known better. What ever that was bad in my order knocked me on my butt.

Good food. Carry out. Nothing fancy. All the food was hot. Taste was fine. Price was fair.

People are friendly and the food is ok. It's a bummer they don't do online ordering anymore.

We were lucky enough to grab a high-top right away! Our server was Autumn, and she was awesome! Great service from start to finish. She started us off with an assortment of warm breads, and they were all very good! The special of the day was Seafood Gumbo, and let me tell you, it was SPECIAL! Great flavor with just the right amount of spice. My advice: try it before reaching for the hot sauce. To me, it was absolutely perfect just the way it came! For my lunch entrée, I went with the Fried Clam Strips. They were lightly battered and fried, and while they were a little on the small side, they were really good! Great food + Great service = 5 Stars Cheers!

They also took my allergies seriously. Only issues were the "poached" eggs on one dish were very soft boiled and the other dish was halfway to soft boiled. No runny yolk on either dish. The steak on the Chesapeake was excellent and cooked perfect. The Benedict Crab didn't taste as fresh as we'd expected and it was pretty cold actually. Still, overall very good and we'll be back. Just wish the eggs were cooked correctly and the crab cakes were hot and tasted a bit fresher. The free birthday dessert and card were wonderful touches and the breakfast "bread" was so lovely. We've had a very poor experience at the downtown location and this one was much better. Better ambience, better service, better staff.

Nice outdoor patio - that is dog friendly- yes right here in Lenoir City! The owner Will is kind and welcoming and is there to make sure all is running well. He probably was tired? We ordered the spinach artichoke dip appetizer which was DEVINE! Husband then ordered the pasta pomodoro with sausage with which he was very disappointed. He said it tasted "okay", nothing spectacular. I ordered the Vodka di Gallo. The pasta was very dry, what little sauce had been put on it had completely absorbed into the pasta. I asked for more sauce. A lady delivered a teeny bowl of sauce, I was surprised that they would be so restrictive with their sauce! I mixed it up as best I could. We were never offered Parmesan cheese, so I requested some. The lady returned with the TINIEST little round dish of granulated cheese. I dumped the teeny tiny amount proffered onto my entree, and giggled. I took the attached picture to show the tiny amount of cheese that I was given. My pasta was flavorless, so I left it as you see pictured. We asked for the check and departed. As I went to post this review I read other reviews about bread being given with meals. We were offered no bread. It seemed to us the staff was ordered to be very miserly as opposed to what in a normal Italian restaurant was happily offered. Bread on the table. Cheese offered when the entree is served. Your server checking on how your meal was. NOPE. We had to flag down a different server for help. According to the reviews, they used to offer bread. And now they don't. Wow. They give you a miserly amount of sauce. Parmesan cheese only is given if you flag someone down and ask for it, (it was never offered), and when you do get your cheese allowance, it is a thimbleful-as evidenced in my picture. When I went into type up my review just now, I was horrified by their bad health department rating. Yikes! If we had read that before we chose to go there, we NEVER would have entered. I hope the owner reads the reviews and makes improvements. Health department corrections needed immediately. Patrons are your profit. What a shame.

I decided beforehand because I am someone who studies menus, that we would get the pork belly tostadas. I am so glad I stuck to that, it has so much flavor in every bite. I was not disappointed. While I was waiting for my main entree, I was wanting more. I ordered the same braised short rib gnocchi. I was so impressed the first time I decided to get it again. My man got the bolognese pappardelle and added the extra sauce for 4$ and they were both delicious. You could tell the pasta was made from scratch. Each bite was so savory. I was praising them. When we ordered dessert he ordered lemon ice cream which was too much for me but he likes and the chocolate crème brûlée was amazing. I make my own and I was so impressed. I was raving about it after the entire thing was done. Even the 7$ old fashion did it. Nate the great was our server and he was attentive and had everything we could ever want and informed us and also guided. I will come back a million times again. Thank you for the experience and ambiance! Ps they don't skimp on the toilet paper either (it's the little things in life)

Created by a hostess, seated promptly, and server showed up quickly to introduce himself. Server was attentive but not intrusive. Food was absolutely amazing. The beef Wellington was perfectly cooked, the mashed potatoes were a generous portion and absolutely delicious. Asparagus was grilled and delicious. All in all one of my top meals of all time. I highly recommend this place for a special occasion.

I had the seafood Louie Salad. The seafood was AMAZING. The greasing at the bottom was too much. Start less so you don't drown the yumminess and let the customer order more if needed. My husband had the salad and tenderloin with frittata. Salad was a salad, nothing special. The tenderloin was well cooked. The tomato hollandaise was too subtle against the meat and the frittata. The first frittata was over done, dark brown on outside and dry on the inside. They brought us another, properly cooked one and it was delicious. My questions are: why serve an obviously unacceptable dish.... Did you hope we did not know our food? It is an insult to serve a subpar dish in a higher end restaurant. And second, we got an apology but no small comp. The food was obviously bad and we weren't returning good food. The serve staff and kitchen know they served us over cooked crap. It did not need to be a whole meal or a big gesture. This lack of customer care tells me a lot about how you value customers and repeat business.

We ordered the filet with baked potato, vegetable and salad. The salad was fine. We were never asked how we would like our steak cooked. We like our steaks prepared medium rare. The steaks were extremely tough since they were way over cooked for this cut of meat and frankly the smallest cut of filet Mignon I've ever seen. Next up- the potato. Mine was, at best, passed by the oven but never baked in the oven. You could not cut it. It was cold and hard. Same with the vegetable. How easy is it to make a baked potato? Who runs your kitchen? Is there any quality control? You might ask why I did not say anything to the wait staff. They never checked back with us to see if everything was ok. Nor did they ever refill our water. Your dessert was a dried out piece of chocolate cake. When asked if I wanted a to-go box, I refused. Not a question about was something wrong. My expectations were not super high or low as I had never eaten at your establishment before. I can tell you we never will again. And from what I have heard most of the 50 couples who attended have complained to our car club leadership team. One thing it has taught me is to make sure when I plan one of our drive and dine trips I will make sure to plan a visit or two to the restaurant so we never repeat the lack of performance of your establishment. There is no excuse for this. You should be ashamed. You don't deserve one star but there is not option for zero stars or negative stars. Regards, Al Turnauer
