This place is usually great! We love the ramen burger and fries here. I usually don't stray too far from the ramen burger because it's so good, but they do have specials that change every month and they always look so good! I saw this month they have a chicken sushi roll that looks so good, but I am craving a ramen burger today! They usually have a good deal if you check in on Yelp. This time I got a free crab Rangoon for checking in. I'm not a huge fan of that, but I can't say no to free food! The crab Rangoon is fried up fresh and is crispy! It comes with a dipping sauce on the side. The ramen burger is usually so delicious. When my burger same out it looked alright until I pulled back the white wrapper. I saw some raw egg peaking out of the side. I'm not a fan of runny egg whites. The yellow part of the egg is ok runny, but I can't eat egg with the whites runny. I tried to scrape the gelatinous whites off my burger, but they dripped all over my burger. I just decided to take the whole egg off completely and eat it with a fork and knife. Wife and I went on a quick date night. This place upon entry is pretty plain, like there's not a lot of decoration or whatever. The variety of sushi and hamburger combinations are pretty interesting and unique ain't gonna lie. Tried there crab ragoons, love the flakiness of the ragoon and how crispy it is, just wish they had more stuffing in them. Got the crazy ramen burger which has a ramen bun, a runny egg arugula and some special sauce. The meat needed some seasoning to it, it was pretty bland and almost had the look of turkey or veggie burger. Also there's reason they give you a knife a fork with it cause it's pretty dog gone messy. The staff was top notch when it comes to attentive service. Well, RNB may have the best iteration of Crab Rangoon that I've had in years. They're bona-fide in flavor, effort, quality, etc. Absolutely get those things. The Chicken Sandwich was good, but not great (just a decent chicken sandwich). I tried a bite of the burger that my wife had, and it was definitely much better in terms of flavor. That said, they were filling, reasonably priced, and came with a side of fries. Which seems to increasingly be a thing that fast-casual places don't do nowadays. So the fact that you spend like $10-12 for a sandwich, and then aren't required to shell-out another $3-5 for a piddling order of fries is deeply appreciated. Also, the customer service was great. It was the same young lady who took our order, brought us the food, and checked up on us over the course of the meal. She looked high-school or college-aged. She was soft-spoken, but friendly and helpful. Kudos to her part in making the experience a pleasant one. Everything about RNB feels earnest. Like they're just trying to give you some good food, but not trying to be all high-falutin' about it. Which is increasingly uncommon now, especially in this part of town. There are enough gentrified ethnic cuisine (at yuppified prices) options in OKC nowadays, so RNB being a little different, makes me want all the success in the world for them. Right off the bat, let me say I probably just caught them on a bad day. So many reviews mentioned how good the hibachi steak was, and especially the rice, that I had to make that the first thing I tried from Rice n Buns. Let me say the guys are so nice. They repeatedly helped other customers with drink refills and such. That makes giving this place an average review so much tougher. The steak itself was fine, and there was plenty of it. The veggies were good. The real let-down was the fried rice everyone else had bragged about. There was way, way too much oil. I can't remember the last time I had fried rice that greasy. After a few bites, I gave up on it and just ate the steak and veggies. Like I said, my experience was probably an aberration. There have been other places that left me disappointed after my first visit that have been absolutely great every other time. I expect Rice n Buns will be the same. I will definitely be back again. Five stars all the way!!! We've been here a few times now and have loved almost everything. So far we've tried the Narita burger and the rice burger. I haven't had a rice burger in four years, and the last place I've seen it was when I was in Asia, so I'm happy that rice burgers have finally come to Oklahoma! I absolutely loved it too! Rice was seasoned well, patty cooked perfectly, and everything went so well together. 10/10! We also got the dynamite roll, the RnB fries, and the crunchy salmon salad. The roll was really good! When we entered the building I was disappointed to find out that their website isn't updated and that the listed monthly special was from last month. I really wanted to try the noodle bowl. We got crab Rangoon edamame, an okie roll, winter roll, vegan hibachi, vegan burger, a fish sandwich, and the s'mores donuts for dessert. Both sushi's were 10/10. So delicious . The crab rangoon, was delicious, it wasn't too sweet which I liked the most, you get 5 in an order. The edamame was lightly sprinkled with salt and they were good too. The rice and vegan meat with the hibachi were so good. I'm not vegan but I would definitely order it for myself. My nephew enjoyed his well done fish sandwich as well. He said the fries were just basic. My brother and niece didn't like their vegan burger at all. It was a beyond meat patty with caramelized onions. They hated it due to the patty. Tried the rice n buns tonight. The restaurant is really close to my house which is nice for me. It's got an interesting menu. It has Hibachi style dinners, sushi and then various burger as the man things I saw. Both me and my wife tried the steak hibachi dinner. We ordered our dinner and I started to check in and found we got a free appetizer! That was very kind. We got the crab Rangoon. The customer service was very good and they were very nice. The food was ok though. I can't honestly say it was great but at the same time it wasn't bad. I don't know something about hibachi makes me want the chef and the razzle dazzle show. My other kiddo and I had sushi rolls. Both were surprisingly good but not spicy as indicated. On the fence things: the decor was odd. Lots of mirrored things. Stuff was mismatched but not intentional. Even though we ate in store, the containers were to-go disposal. It was hard to eat the rolls in a clamshell container. Went here because I saw they had a ramen burger! Don't think I've seen a place do ramen burger here in OK. There was a place in LA that did ramen burgers and it was our fave but they closed down. So we had to check this one out! We came here mid day on a Thursday and it wasn't busy at all. There were 2 other tables. We got the ramen burger, chicken fried rice, spicy edamame, and pretty sure we got truffle fries or some sort of fries but I couldn't find the picture. Our food came out pretty fast. Edamame and fries came out first so we were munching on that then our burger came then fried rice. Edamame was a good level of spice for me! A lot of time there'll just be a hint of spice but this one was perfect. Ramen burger was really good too. It came with a few sauces to dip/pour on. Egg was oozing which is always a good sign imo. Ramen burger also came with fries and I wish we knew that because we also ordered an order of fries and so that was just a lot of fries for the 2 of us lol. Fries were good, nothing special. The fries- yes, yes, yes - both the RNB nails and "cheese fries" (note: the cheese is a seasoning not a sauce). The special fried rice was SO good. Steak, shrimp and chicken - but it is a bit pricey $18, but you're getting quality meats. Make sure to ask about the fried rice dishes because the menu in the restaurant doesn't list them (misprint) but they are available. Miso Egg Drop Soup was also a fun change from the traditional broth - a best of both worlds experience. Definitely ready to come back again. We tried this place yesterday. It is just a smaller place with a few tables that was pretty quiet. We ordered the steak hibachi, the crab rangoon, and the truffle fries. We also had the blue skies drink. The crab rangoon was good, fried well. My boyfriend loved the truffle fries with the Parmesan cheese. The hibachi came with clear soup that was a wonderful broth with a little bit of heat to it. The steak was cooked well and it came with vegetables that were cooke nicely. The star of the show was the fried rice that came with. I can't rave enough about the fried rice! It was amazing! So flavorful and awesome I could have just had a big bowl of that and still been extremely happy! Some small veggies in it, seasoned well and had those bits that were almost crispy but not burnt. They are cooking up some seriously delicious Asian fusion cuisine at this new fast-casual eatery. It's a small space at the end of a strip mall, simply decorated, with only five tables. As you walk in to order, menu is on the wall behind you. My eyes went straight to the burgers married with various Asian cuisines, but there is also sushi, hibachi, fried rice, and more. I had the Narita Burger ($11)-- Wow! First, the patty was excellent -- fresh, quality beef with great flavor, ground fine and press formed to medium thickness, then cooked to a perfect pink of medium-well. The patty popped juiciness with each bite. American cheese overflowed the patty. Toppings were layered nicely, nothing overwhelming or too over the top, even with a pineapple ring and heap of fried onions. It had an undeniable sweetness, richness and umami, but again, not so much that I couldn't taste the beefiness. Even the bun was excellent. It was one damn good burger! Like one you'd get in Las Vegas at Fukuburger or the now defunct Bachi Burger..or even at Umami Burger in LA. Along side it, I also enjoyed the French fries -- simple, golden, medium thickness, soft inside with nice crunch outside. Especially good in their truffle aioli (just like Hopdoddy's!). To finish, they have a handful of desserts to choose from. I highly recommend the heavenly Tempura Brownie ($8) -- a big, soft brownie surrounded by super thin tempura that stays crispy until the very last bite. Inside a mild caramel ice cream (now only vanilla available), then topped with whipped cream and a few other goodies. It is decadent and sooo good. My family are already begging to go get it again. The staff here are super friendly and nice folks to chat with. Dining room is kept very clean. They have a drive-thru pickup window on the north side. I do wish groups fit in here so I can share this deliciousness with more friends. Due to the lack of space, I consider it more of a takeout place. But I cannot wait to come back and try another burger, ooo or maybe their sushi. read more

The fries were crispy but could of been a little hotter. The sushi was good too. Only critique on that would be maybe have the shrimp a little more crispy. It was wonderful! - The food was fresh and delicious. - The staff was so friendly and professional. - We couldn't believe how clean it was. I ordered paid and was given a time frame for the food to be ready. We ordered the food pictured for our family of 4, two adults and two littles. It was PLENTY of food! The order was ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time and I received a text stating that my order was ready to be picked up. This was a great find. We were a party of ten including tweens and teens. Miraculously, there was something for everyone to eat and be content. They had exotic menu offerings such as the Crazy Ramen Burger. I didn't try it. This was definitely a fusion of Japanese, Chinese & Multicultural American, being that they offered the southern or kids staple of Mac-n-Cheese, a Korean-style dish and one representation of a Mexican-style dish. Because I checked in on Yelp, I got to redeem an offer for free Crab Rangoon. I don't like that dish so I shared it with my friends and they appreciated me for it. They were out of salmon so I chose the chicken and shrimp hibachi combo meal which came with a choice of soup or salad. I chose the Onion Mushroom soup and it was DELICIOUS!! My only complaint is that they give you less than a serving. My hibachi meal was very tasty and very filling. I usually can clear my plate but I shared the rest with friends. Speaking of plates, there were none. We dined in and our soup and sushi and hibachi, appetizers, Mac-n-cheese, dessert, etc, were all served in either plastic or styrofoam. I strongly cringe at hot food being served in styrofoam containers for toxicity concerns. That was the reason I didn't give 5 stars. We were the only people there for a while. And it seemed they needed more help. There were only two guys and one took our orders and then cooked and served us. Thank goodness the other guy was there to help. I don't think they are used to large parties. And we waited a good while before we were all served but that's fine as long as my food was good and hot. It was close to hot. They were friendly and accommodating to my requests for extra sauces to figure out which one I wanted such as Yum Yum sauce, Sriracha or a garlic sauce that was my favorite.
