The menu covers off a number of familiar dishes (summer rolls, banh mi, bún, and, of course, pho). Needing something light and fresh after a day of travel, I did an order of shrimp goi cuon (summer rolls), bún thit nuong (vermicelli + grilled pork), and iced tea. The summer rolls, filled with shrimp + vermicelli + mint + lettuce, held together well, even when paired with not too thick peanut sauce. The vermicelli bowl (vermicelli + grilled pork + cucumber + pickled radish + bean sprouts + peanuts + mint) provided a great mix of flavours (smokey / salty pork, sour radish), and improved even more with some of the pickled dipping sauce from the summer rolls Geared towards takeout, service is speedy, the food satisfying, and the portions more than generous.
