Being from Texas, we complemented them before we left and even gave another customer a quick opinion of how good the barbecue was. You may note that I'm not reviewing any sides because if the meat is as good as this was you don't need any sides. Don't get me wrong, I know fat is flavor and the bark on their brisket is possibly heaven sent, but I can only take the texture of fat to a certain extent and I'm grossed out. I left some of the fat on my tray. It pairs well with the roasted tomato salsa. The pulled pork taco is excellent. The ingredients work well together, with the combination of crunchy and chewy textures and the pickled pepper relish with tangy lime slaw creating a wonderful flavor profile. What does that mean? Both of them are $5? 3. 2 out of the 3 times I went the margs were served on the rocks instead of frozen because the machine hadn't frozen them yet 4.
