911 with new Rich and Famous convertible top

3 years ago I got a replacement top for my Porsche 911. Due to a lack of selection, it was recommended that I use a fabric from the BMW line-up. They had a color shift twill that changed from black to platinum gray. The top fit perfectly, and has held up to the elements spectacularly. The do it yourself assistance was great. I will be buy another top when it comes time to work on my Boxster. Good Job !!

I had a small tear on my driver seat shoulder area and it's been driving me crazy. I stop driving my car to avoid damaging the stitching even more. This is my stress reliever car and it was causing me stress. I'm was on a budget and I couldn't afford most places. I believe I talk to Tony, and he gave me a high quote over the phone. Told him I couldn't afford it, but mention I should come in and see if we could work out a price. He gave me another quote and I was extremely happy. Now I'm driving my car again with confidence! Thank you guys for being so fast and knowledgeable.

Took my car in a while back to replace the interior upholstery and when I picked up there car I noticed the interior was filthy since they had not cleaned up after themselves, when I asked the worker to clean it, he said I brought the car in like that... not true! A lot of the parts they fixed did not fit back in snuggly and had large gaps in between each other. When I pointed it out to the worker he brushed it off and was extremely rude to me but turned around and started speaking in their native language to the other staff and then threw his arms in the air and walked away. I did get the car vacuumed out by a nice lady. They didn't plug my visor lights back in, and when I asked the worker about that, he also stated it came in like and refused to fix it...

    Newly upholstered seats, thanks again!

The top of our BMW convertible decided to stop working, and this place fixed it quickly and was very reasonably priced!

A more complicated problem with my car + an especially great experience at this shop left me wanting to leave a review! I started having some very common water pump and vacuum system problems with my beloved 718 Cayman S a few weeks ago - these are well documented issues with the car, but can be very difficult to diagnose and truly fix. When I first started having problems, I decided to go to another shop in the area to get a diagnosis to figure out what was going on. That shop gave me a lot of stress and very little confidence that we would get the issues sorted any time soon, so I decided to come here and met with Amir. Again, the vacuum issues on a 718 especially can be a bit complicated to diagnose. From the moment I started working through these issues with Amir, he was very good on communication, transparency, and did not in any way run up a bill of other random things just to try to get more money. He sent me photos every step of the way of what was being done to my car, communicated on parts coming in, etc - I felt very comfortable having my car there. When Porsche took longer than they had promised us to get a part in, Amir made the wait much easier by helping me out with a rental. The car was driving beautifully after I picked it up, but I ended up with a fault code again and I had to come back in - I don't fault Amir/the shop for this at all, 718 vacuum issues can be very complicated and oftentimes there is no "issue" left other than a ghost code. The experience of coming back here to diagnose why this code came back actually solidified my confidence in this shop - they were once again extremely transparent and very considerate in making my second visit quick and painless. My car is in phenomenal shape, and I saved a good amount of money (and headache) compared to what I was quoted at another spot down the street. Thank you Amir!

I went in for transmission fluid change earlier in February in my Toyota Camry 2018. I bought OEM Toyota transmission fluid and asked Joe to help do drain and fill. The drain and fill was completed. After that there was a rough driving issues started. I went back to show my car to joe and he drove the car he told me he don't see any issues. I wanted him to check transmission fluid port on if there is low transmission fluid he didn't agree and told me I might be overthinking. I went to different mechanic in April and he checked. I paid $100 to reopen the port for transmission fluid and what we saw was no fluid came out from the primary port. He added 0.5 quarters left. The issues I have had for rough idle and need to have higher RPM on slope went away completely.According to him you have to keep the car running when you drain the fluid and you need to have it at the right temperature he said the drain and fill wasn't done correctly that's why there was still room for fluid. The viscosity of the fluid makes a difference in how much you can fill and drain. He double checked for leakage and there were no leaks either. When I went to joe and asked about don't you have to keep car warm to see if temperature is right? He said you only do it when there is a leak. I don't think Joe knew enough about mechanics of New car. I wasn't overthinking when I went to ask Joe for help and asked to recheck the transmission fluid. I paid $260 for labor only( $160 to Joe and $100 to another mechanic) for same job. It's really absurd. Overall this could have damaged my transmission. I think for future the customer advise should be taken seriously. I know my car well so I know when it's not acting good. I have been driving it from 10 years.
