I requested a quote on a simple service for my Mercedes. Just an oil change and replacement of a few filters. There quote was 33 1/3% higher than my dealer who were already high. We just got back from driving her Jetta to Grand Junction, Colorado to visit the kids for three days. The speed limit in Utah is 80mph. The acceleration for passing was very strong and responsive, as the steering and handling were under total control on the road. A couple of times I passed the century mark and just had to lift. Even so, the mpg was improved. The car felt factory fresh and I was able to drive with confidence on that two lane I-70, through the winding valleys and elevation changes. This is with luggage and a full tank. My wife also remarked that she felt a noticeable difference for the better in her driving experience. These guys rock! My mom's car had been in storage and I was taking it out of dry dock. It needed quite a bit of work to get it up and running, but generally it was in pretty good shape. Strictly German Auto did a great job, the car is now back up and running and for all of the work that they did, they were very reasonably priced. Had I gone to the dealership instead, it would have been MUCH more expensive. And they were very generous with me when I had to go to the hospital and couldn't pick up the car right away. Attention all females - They had me at hello. I'd been leasing cars for the last 10yrs, decided to buy the last one, and now needed a new mechanic because my reliable one, from yesteryear - retired. These guys do amazing work! I originally brought in my 2003 BMW Z8 Alpina for some standard maintenance. It was taken care of within a day and returned to me completely detailed! From there, Tony and Ruben gained my trust and assured me that they could take care of the rest of my vehicles. Since then, they have serviced my 2019 Honda Accord sport, my 1956 Porsche 356 super 90 roadster, my 1997 Land Rover defender, and a 2016 Bentley Continental GT. They have done amazing work both on the reactive and preventative side. They even identified a rat infestation in my Bentley Continental, which ultimately saved the car as a hole and the other vehicle vehicles from being exposed to the little devils! I had bought my 2020 Volvo xc90 to this shop best choice I had made. I had paid taken my car to several mechanic and even Volvo dealership to diagnose what was wrong with the car. Everyone told me it was one thing or another even Volvo told me the wrong thing. I bought my car here on Saturday after speaking to Reuben and the owner whom gave me confidence they can find what was wrong with the car. Saturday I was attended by a nice man whom told em fresh off the bat the if the car was a lemon or engine was bad would tell me the truth. Later that day he called me and gave me the good news that the car was running good and the engine was good as well running as it should. Due to some issues with the cars oil trapper lead to oil entering the cylinders. Quoted 21p for the diagnostics which was accurate and provided photos and evidence. And 2900 for the servicing. I will be coming back right away when I have the money for the fix with the confidence they will do a great job and have my car running better than new. read more

I have a leak in my transmission this is the third estimate that I received. I met with Tony the owner and he was very informative very helpful with offering resolutions to my problem. Instead of doing a reseal on my transmission he suggested purchasing a slightly used transmission and installing that one. he actually is going to be saving me around $600 and It's almost like getting a new transmission! I'm just waiting for him to receive the part so that he can redo my transmission for me. I was able to make a same-day appointment, went and received a free estimate. everything went very smoothly I'm very appreciative and thankful for all of his help and I will update this when the work is done but so far so good Thank your for providing exceptional customer service and explaining everything to me in a manner where I can understand it and I'm not feeling like I'm being hustled because I'm a woman. Unfortunately our experience was not as good as the others. We didn't actually have the work done because the welcome was unwelcoming and cold. I'm not sure if the customer before us created a negative interaction and the staff hadn't recovered or if this was the usual. After the customer left, I was able to speak to Tony who didn't remember that he had scheduled us to come in and what we needed fixed and was very rude in how he responded to me.
