I've never experienced anything like this. Refusing to install brand-new tires simply because they weren't purchased from your business is disappointing and, in my opinion, poor customer service. If this is your policy, it should be made clear upfront so people don't waste their time. If you're looking for a shop that's willing to help customers regardless of where they purchased their tires, you may want to look elsewhere.

We slowly drove our car into their very busy shop on a Thursday morning and were immediately greeted by two staff who left a project to help us. Within 10-minutes, they had our tire off and in a tub of water to find the leak. Because we had driven a while on a low tire, unknowingly, there was evidence of side wall damage. We dreaded a big bill and long wait. More good luck: a screw was retrieved, the pressure left in the tire was adequate to not ruin it and our hole was foxed within 15-minutes. The auto repair staff and office staff were all wonderful. They were reassuring, honest and made us feel at home. They could have easily put us at the back of the line (we are out of towners) or sold us an expensive new tire. We walked away with a $25 repair bill. They even let us keep our car on their property while we went to breakfast and explored downtown on bikes. You don't find business like this these days. Please give them your business and respect. Wish we lived closer. They would be our go-to for car repairs.

I called and spoke to Mike who told me to bring it right in - whether it could be patched or not, I also requested a tire rotation (when at Juniors I suppose). He asked my expectations on timing and I told him I was just glad they could get me in. A few hours later, Richard calls to tell me it's done and no charge for the tire rotation. What? I politely declined and insisted on paying for the rotation. I share this story not so others will expect to "get something for free" but instead to expect high-touch, friendly, communicative, timely service at (IMHO) a a great rate! The entire team there could not have been better and although I live in Metro Detroit, I try to visit TC often and I can say with confidence, when it's time for new tires - I will consider driving up to see the Juniors crew.
