We went 18 years in our small farm in a county island without pest control. We are very frugal and try to do everything ourselves. First time I called them it was in desperation! I had found hundreds of ants in my bathroom and bedroom! I had already called several other companies who told me it would be days before they could help me. Richardson Pest offered to come out at 4p that day, treat my ant infestation AND do it for free! I was blown away! So we asked them to keep coming back. We hardly ever have any issues but if we see any critters between treatment, we just call and they are back out. So, yes they have excellent business ethics but they go above and beyond that. We've been with Richardson pest control for over a year now. We could not be happier with their services. When we first moved in to our new house, we saw three scorpions inside the house. They came the next day and did a full service on our property. They've been doing maintenance since and we have thankfully not had to deal with any scorpions (indoor or outdoors). In our backyard, we've had several wasps and other critters over the past couple months. They've been amazing about coming out between services anytime we have needed them. Have had scorpion issues for the last 3 years. During those 3 years I had a "big name" pest control company out on the normal 2 month service routine and still had constant issues and having to call them back out for a an extra service constantly. I have now been with Richardson for about 6 months/ 3 service appointments and the spiders , scorpions and any other pest have completely disappeared .
