My LEAD PIPE from the STACK to the toilet developed holes from age and leaked. Danny with 47 years experience new how to proceed. He knew how to remove LEAD PIPING from the Joint at and inside the STACK, and then rebuilt the pipe in black 4" PVC up to my NEW toilet FLANGE. CARE : They gave me the better silicone rubber insert into existing STACK joint (thank you) and also gave me the upgraded stainless toilet FLANGE (thank you). I needed this job done delicately and with experience so while digging out the old broken Lead pipe, that my existing STACK would not get damaged or cracked... yikes. But alas, Danny and Steve pulled it off perfectly. This job was not cheap but i was paying for much more than standard plumbing on the job. They get an 11 on a 10-star scale. Bill Brower Tacoma Wa. The unit was still under warranty, only two years old, so AOSmith decided to replace the unit with a new unit but installation was at our expense. I approved the installation at my expense. The new hybid hot water heater looks great and we're very happy with the installation of the new unit. Rainier, Chad and his assistant, did a wonderful job installing the new unit. It looks exactly like it did before the repair. It looks so nice you can't even tell it was ever replaced. Right on time Saturday morning we have two Rooter Tech, plumbers here and ready to go. After explaining the scrub head sucking, toilet situation and for asking to add a tank rebuild to the estimate/project, they got to work. It didn't take too long before they came back with a price that was fair, to do the work. Rooter Tech, was the third plumbing contractor we got an estimate from and it was worth it to hold out for the right people. Jeff explained that company policy requires customers to be informed of service charges before any work is performed and acknowledged that this did not happen in my case. He stated that he addressed the matter with the employee involved to help ensure it does not happen again. Most importantly, Jeff took immediate steps to make the situation right and offered me a full refund. I have since checked my credit card account and the refund is currently pending. While I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by my initial experience, I am equally impressed by the company's willingness to take responsibility, listen to a customer complaint, and take corrective action. Mistakes can happen in any business, but how a company responds to those mistakes speaks volumes about its character. I appreciate Jeff's professionalism and commitment to customer service. Based on the way this matter was resolved, I do not believe the company intends to take advantage of its customers, and I am grateful for their efforts to rectify the situation. Original: They were quick to respond to my request for service. However, the pricing was, in my opinion, unreasonable and bordering on unethical for less than five minutes of work. The technician used a high-powered snake to unclog a toilet and charged nearly $400 for the service. When I called, I was only informed of a $50 service call fee that would be applied toward any work performed. No one provided an estimate or discussed the potential cost of a simple toilet clog before the work was completed. The technician arrived, assessed the problem, fixed it within minutes, and then left briefly before returning with a tablet showing a bill for almost $400. I was genuinely shocked. Had I been informed of the cost beforehand, I would have had the opportunity to make an informed decision. I feel taken advantage of and believe the pricing was excessive for the service provided. Unfortunately, my lack of knowledge about plumbing costs came at a high price. This was my first time using "No Worries" Septic Services. Just to clarify, ALL staff were very…read morenice and polite. I was given an inspection date very quickly, was given a 2 hour time frame (between 8-9am), but they arrived late. Once the inspection was completed I asked for a date and time for it to be pumped and paid cash for both inspection and pumping. Got no receipt and no explanation as to why. Was told by the rep. that pumping would be "this afternoon". I called the office to get an actual time, or time frame, and she said "between 1 and 4pm", but she would "call me" before the truck came out to my home. ( their hours were 7am to 5pm) . I waited til 3:45pm and called the office for an update but there was no answer. Left a message. I called again at 4:55pm and still no answer. I left another message. "No worries" never showed up at all that day as promised. Next morning at 7:10 am I called the office and spoke with a gentleman. Again, very polite, but had no explanation for the no-show, but would "look into it." He called me a couple of hours later stating their staff had accidently pumped a neighbor's house down the road with a similar address. They did indeed come to my house (a day late) and pumped MY septic tank. If they had just called ME previous to their pumping, as promised, all of this could have been avoided. The work they did for me was excellent, with great prices, and they were very nice people, but something is lacking in their communication with their staff and their customers.

They had educated me and provided information on what I need to do to prevent my main line from clogging until they can can out next week to do the repair work.
