Normally, I'd be pretty skeptical at that combination, but all of the positive reviews on Yelp convinced me to accept their offer. A few days later, as I write this I'm basking in the warmth of my new heater. The installation was smooth, painless, and well done. Despite some unexpected challenges in the home's design to figure out and overcome, they charged exactly their estimate; there were none of the kind of headaches or scams that one often expects dealing with contractors. All in all, great experience, these folks deserve their lofty reputation.

They were extremely quick to respond to my inquiry via texting, asked great questions to get a sense of how much cleaning the dress would need (they requested some pictures of the stains up front), and gave me a quote for the cost that I felt was very reasonable. The pickup and drop-off part of this service is AMAZING, especially for someone with a busy schedule! They scheduled pick up at my house within a week despite having a high demand for wedding dress cleaning at the time, and sent me an update about what they were planning to do once they had their wedding dress expert take a look at the dress. Their turnaround time was much faster than I expected and they even sent pictures right after the cleaning was finished so I could see how well it came out! I had not requested a steaming since I didn't have plans to use the dress again anytime soon, but they did one complimentary for me which made the dress look absolutely stunning and like it was brand new. There was not a single residual stain left and the dress did not smell like anything - it was just perfectly clean. The final cost of the cleaning was exactly what I expected from the quote and I felt it was incredibly reasonable for the amount of cleaning they had to do, the speed and very high quality of service, and the helpful communication throughout the process. Edit: It's funny that the response to my review got more of an explanation than the email (which for the record was left at "Sorry there is nothing we can do with dye transfer.") My inquiry was not rude in any way and warranted a more thoughtful reply. It is absolutely within my rights to leave a 1-star review as a reflection of my experience with a business's subpar communication. If you look at the other low reviews for this business, you'll see a pattern of poor communication skills. Service isn't just left at the product. It goes all the way to effective communication, of which this business has none, other than to double down and defend themselves anytime someone has criticism.

Our Water heater started leaking and I contacted several plumbers in the area. I had initially…read morewanted a tank-less system and while most plumbers just said it could not be done and tried to push me to there other products, George explained the challenges for the tankless system. I did end up going with a tank but I knew why at that point. I had installed my own water heater tanks in 4 of my previous houses, so I knew what it took and it also makes me critical of a contractor installation. In addition the contractors who bought and flipped this house before we bought it did the bare minimum facade repairs and the water heater was an example of doing no more than necessary. So George started from a position of trust none of the previous work and work from there. He and his assistant had to crawl under the house to re-pipe the feeder lines and the end result was impressive. Usually, when I have a contractor do a job that I have done in the past, it is a critical review of pointing out what I would have done differently, but on this job it was clear he knew more about doing this than I did, I had to look up on of the parts he used just to see what it did. He installed a drip pan and the drain for it, he re-plumbed the overflow line and the work on the intake and outflow lines looked very nice, including the new much easier to use shut off valve. I will attach a picture of the work, (ignore the carpentry around the tank he was not hired to do anything to that), you can see it looks quite good. We will be calling him for our next plumbing need.
