They recently did a repair (wheel bearings). Within a few hours, warning lights were coming on, the car would almost stall out. Took it to another shop, and Richmond Auto Clinic had left bolts off one side, plus the bolts and screws that were put back were all loose. I had to pay to have the entire job redone. I sent a copy of the bill to them, and also a letter requesting a refund of the botched work, and no response. I am going to have to take legal action. Stay away from them. read more

My car was making noise and bring to them and they say we need look and after one day day day they call and say they aready change oil and they bring 200 bill for oil change and they didn't ask me to change oil and no any permission and after that the officers fix the problem I am not recommended anyone bad service bad behavior and try to scam people. read more

Great customer service and they are honest people ! I explained to sunny that when i hit 50-55 mph my wheel would begin to shake uncontrollably. I also explained to him that I went somewhere else yesterday to get my tires balanced and that I believe I need a wheel alignment since the tire balanced didn't work . Instead of taking my word Sunny and his team test drove my car twice before making a recommendation. After the test drive they recommended that I get my tires balanced. I'm so glad that I came here and let sunny and his team do what they do best. My wheel no longer shakes and my car is driving smooth. I will recommend this place to anyone seeking a mechanic they are honest people who are not trying to take your money. Thanks again Sunny, you don't know how you made my day !!! I'm changing my rating from 5 stars to 2. I visited Richmond Auto Clinic 3 months ago to get new front brakes. Sunny informed that he could order my breaks from Napa Auto Parts and that i could come in on Friday to get my brakes changed. I was also informed that by getting brakes from Napa I would get 25 gift card. A few weeks later, my brakes started to squeal , I didn't think to much into as I just got new brakes. Fast forward to today, I took my car to the dealership where I normally go because I couldn't take the sound anymore. I was informed that the front brakes are bad !!! How are the brakes bad and I just got them. Also, the information I received regarding the $25 gift card was incorrect. I contacted Sunny to let him know and he apologized but guaranteed me that because of the misinterpreting info he received from his partner at Napa that they would still give me a gift card of $25. When I got the gift card it wasn't activated. I informed Sunny of this and he promised to check into it and call me back and he didn't. read more

I went here for my oil change. It was easy, quick, and pricing was fair. Sunny recommended some repairs and wasn't pushy at all which is hard to find now a days. He showed me the air filter which was completed black and wasn't even mentioned by Jiffy Lube who did my last oil change. I'll be back for sure. read more
