Went there Saturday and bought Mahindra 1126HST, added a box blade and a grapple attachment for the front. Grapple needed a 3rd function switch that I was told was in stock and takes virtually no time to install. Ok so the tractor was expected to be delivered yesterday or today (Tuesday or Wednesday). Well no tractor! Contact them and asked where my tractor is and I was told that the switch was not in stock and had to be ordered but should be here by Friday at the latest and hopefully the tractor will be delivered Friday or Saturday. Received another call and I was told that the part might NOT be here by Friday and they don't get deliveries on Saturday so since they are closed on Monday it appears that I might not get my tractor until late next week. This is unacceptable and I really wish I can pull out of this $33,000 deal and go down the street and get a Kubota which I know are a little more expensive but I would trade that off with better customer service and experience. I will contact Mahindra directly to see what my options are since I don't believe I will get any compensation or satisfaction from Ultimate Cycle. So this is an updated review. Luke Oley reached out to me and we had a nice talk and he was able to resolve every issue that I had. seems like there was a lack of communication and the issue was addressed and I'm pretty confident that going forward there's not gonna be any more issues. The tractor was promised to be delivered tomorrow so we'll see. Fair is fair and Luke addressed all the issues and took care of them so hopefully this was just a blip.

After dropping off my vehicle, I received a call from the service advisor the next day. He told me the recall-related system update had been completed and that the SOS error was resolved as a result of the update--implying that no further work was needed. Great, or so I thought. When I picked up my vehicle, I was shocked to see a $250 charge on my bill for an "SOS system diagnostic." I questioned this, especially since the advisor had explicitly told me over the phone that the issue had been resolved by the recall update. His story changed immediately. He now claimed they did the diagnostic before performing the update--something he absolutely did not mention on the phone. Then he backtracked again, saying they had to be cautious and do the diagnostic first in case the update caused further issues. That's not only contradictory--it makes no sense. I told him again: the update fixed the issue, you said no additional action was needed, and I was never told about any charge. His final excuse? "Well, the tech has to be paid for his time." That's not how recall work operates. By federal law, recall repairs must be provided free of charge on cars up to 15 years old. My car is only 8. I was never informed there would be a charge, never given a chance to approve or decline it, and the issue resolved itself with the recall update. Charging $250 for something that didn't need diagnosing--after telling me it was already fixed--is dishonest and unacceptable. This experience was incredibly disappointing. The lack of transparency and shifting explanations from the service advisor made it clear that customer trust and fair pricing are not priorities here. I expected better from Jaguar. I won't be returning to this service center again, and I urge others to get everything in writing before agreeing to anything here.

Let me start by saying I love my Range Rover, but I'll never take it to Land Rover Richmond…read more(Midlothian) again. Recently, I brought my truck in because the horn stopped working. Very important to fix... but I felt bad bringing it in for something so small, so I asked them to change the spark plugs at the same time so they could make a few bucks. $500 to change the spark plugs. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with the horn and charged me to replace the horns with new OEMs. Still didn't work, so they gave up. WHAT?!? They mentioned "because your car is more than 10 years old, we can't warrantee any of the work we do". WTF?!? So a place that's supposed to be filled with Range Rover experts doesn't have any Range Rover experts on site? Story gets worse. They called me and said they spotted a coolant leak. Mind you, I saw ZERO evidence of a coolant leak where we park. Never a single leak in years. But, I paid them $1500 anyway to change a coolant line (highway robbery) as a precaution. A few days later, my 16-yo daughter got stranded due to overheating! In essence, I paid Land Rover $1500 to give me a dangerous problem I didn't already have. I never should have let these ppl touch my car. I got the repairs needed elsewhere at a reputable shop with real mechanics and had to laugh at how unskilled the mechanics at Land Rover must be these days. What a shame. In my experience, Land Rover Richmond is filled with "worky tickets" who pad your bill with unnecessary work while causing problems you didn't have so they can maximize profit. Guess it doesn't matter to Land Rover Richmond if they endanger their drivers. Shame on them.

The staff are all riders from different backgrounds, and it shows in the way they troubleshoot, explain things, and actually understand these bikes. They've helped me replace and install a controller, do belt swaps, troubleshoot battery issues, and gave me solid maintenance advice for keeping the bike in good shape. Turnarounds have been quick, communication has been great, and they've been willing to work with me when I needed some flexibility. I've never felt steered wrong by them. Great shop, great people, and a real asset to the local e-bike and motorcycle community.

I can not stress enough how much you should AVOID this shop. Read the negative reviews & don't make…read morethe same mistake I did. My car was backed into by a young driver, their insurance was covering it. This shop was the closest to me that the insurance company approved. The car needed the rear door, rear panel, bumper & left taillight assembly replaced. I took it there to drop off on a Monday. I talked with the estimator about what happened while he took pictures of the damage & turned the car on to get a picture of the dash for the mileage. Everything seemed normal. After a couple weeks I get a text from my Subaru dealership that a check engine light has come on & do I want to schedule service to get it looked at. I assume it's no big deal, they probably tripped something minor that triggered it & they'll take care of it. A few days later they call and say the car is ready to be picked up. I go to pick it up & notice that they replaced the door & put the obviously damaged trim from the original door onto the new door. I noticed later they didn't even bother to put the protective trim on the new bumper. They said they would replace the old door trim later. Then I went to start the car & to my surprise, all of the warning lights were still on the car! This is when it got crazy. I went back inside & asked why the car had all of these check engine type warning lights. They tried to tell me those lights were there when you dropped the car off. No, they weren't. I asked the estimator who I was standing beside when he took pics of the dash & he said he couldn't remember. As if he would take pictures of the dash with the car's owner watching & there would be all of these warning lights & he wouldn't say "hey your car has multiple warning lights" before taking possession of the car? The person who seemed to be the acting manager at the time came out & started waving around some piece of paper saying this was a "report" they took that proves the warning lights had been on the car for over 30 days. And literally said I was a liar & I have been driving around the car for a long time with these lights on. They tried to get me to sign a paper saying I would pay for repairs if they were deemed to be unrelated to the accident. Of course I wouldn't sign that. Whatever caused it obviously happened while they had the car. Not from the accident. What they didn't know: 1: My car was still under the original warranty from when I bought it new from Hyman Bros. Why would I drive around w/warning lights that the dealer would fix for free? Nobody has ever done work on my car except the dealership for that very reason. 2: The Subaru Starlink app logs every time a check engine light comes on, the exact day & time down to the minute. Those warnings occurred in the afternoon before I got the text from the dealer about them while I was waiting for the car to be ready. 3: Not only does the app log the date/time they occur, it also auto-generates an email to the service department at your dealership. The lady who receives those emails was happy to send me a copy of exactly when she received that email which was a few minutes after the codes appeared while they were finishing up the car. I came back to talk to the actual owner the following Monday. By then they had mysteriously found the new piece of door trim, but the warning lights were still on. He said the warning lights were battery related & that they always unhook the battery before working on any car and do not hook them back up until the car is finished. We agreed that I would take the car to the dealer & let them find out what the problem was. As soon as the intake guy at the service bay from Hyman Bros opened the hood he saw the problem. There was a screw screwed in between the battery terminal & the clamp! The dealership mechanics looked at the car & determined that the clamp that goes to one of the battery terminals had been broken & instead of repairing or replacing it like you would think, they decided to screw a screw in between the clamp & the battery terminal to hold it in place! That kind of jerry-rigging may have worked on cars 30 years ago, but clearly not on today's cars that have computers monitoring everything. When they did that, all the warning lights came on & would not go off. I can't say why they didn't just replace the clamp, or at the very least say "hey this clamp broke". That's how you would think any reputable business would handle such a mistake. No, they decided to pretend the codes were already there & go so far as to fake a "report" claiming codes had been there for over a month. And literally call me a liar to my face. They knew what they did, they just didn't know I could prove it. That's next level dishonesty. The receptionists seemed nice & competent. I feel bad they have they have to work w/the rest of the people I encountered there.
