Crooks thats all I can say waited a week for an appt, when I got there started telling me what I need to do in order to work on my bike which had NOTHING to do with the work I needed done. Then proceeded to tell me either do the 1800.00 of work HE wanted to do or take bike elsewhere, which I DID. Could have told me me that over the phone when I told him what I wanted done to my bike. First let me say if you're looking for reviews on this place. Try Google. Great friendly service. Knowledgeable and willing to explain options. I have had my Honda here once for an inspection and once for a carb rebuild and once for an unrelated repair. When I brought it in for inspection I had one issue. They explained how I could fix it myself, or volunteered to fix it for me. I drove away followed the instructions and within 20 minutes brought it back and got my bike inspected. Perfect! exactly what you hope for. With the carburetor rebuild I took my carburetor off my bike and realized I was slightly over my head when the parts I ordered online Didn't match. Attached to my carburetor were some various hoses and other things I had not yet removed. Got my carburetor back in a timely manner at a great price all of my original parts ere cleaned and intact. The factory settings were explain to me for the mix. It's really great to find a place that charges fair prices for terrific service. I have no idea what's wrong with these other people who left reviews. Sounds like they're all from the same family or friends. Won't take my bike anywhere else read more

Late model Sportsbike. Short story, Yes, I will bring my bike back there again when I need more work done. Work Requested - Tires mounted (brought in tires) - Oil change (brought in filter) - Suspension Adjustment for weight Work Added to upon arriving, I didn't think of these items and was glad it was pointed out to me. Had no issues adding them. - Brake fluid change - Coolant change - Chain oil/adjust/lube (would of been done anyway with tires) I feel they new what they were doing very well. Usto be a good place, Last time they messed up the paint on my back fender, tried to hide it with tape. Took off a fender bolt and didn't bother to put it back on, Then I figured out why when i took the bike home. They put on a new back tire that was bigger than was on there and still charged more than i was told. I had to change all the fender bolts so they wouldn't touch the tire. The ground wire from the motor to frame was just hanging down not connected, On top of that they tried to charge me 175 dollars to get my bike when the owner said he wouldn't charge me commission to sell the bike for me, I signed a paper which I thought was for the repairs done but it was a agreement to pay 175 if i got the bike before 3 months. I was never told that. On top of that the almost 400 dollar tire they put on is going flat so yea you might want to avoid this one. read more

I took my gsxr 750 track bike in to get it ready for the season. Joey did a custom fuel map and it made a massive difference! The bike runs amazing now. He also serviced the bike and talked me through a great brake upgrade which also was a huge improvement (gotta stop fast to go fast). We added a Brembo brake master cylinder. Bottom line, take your bike there, listen to their suggestions. They know their stuff and do great quality work. read more

Rode my bike in to have the carbs serviced. After the bike was with them for almost 2 months, rode the bike back home and it was worse than when I rode it in. Now bike will not start after the service. Bike sat for 1 month after service and I cleaned out all the fuel systems, even the gas tank, still will not start. Not using their shop for my new bike because I want it to stay working! read more

Richmond Superbike inspected a used Ducati and after performing a complete valve service assured me the motorcycle was in excellent condition. The motorcycle was unrideable, so I took to it another shop - who informed me the motorcycle had been in a wreck, was haphazardly repaired and should be parted out instead of fixed. The owners lied to me to make a sale and laughed all the way to the bank. read more

Unless, you've got time to argue and money to kick out for no reason, find somewhere else. I took my chances off of a referral. He put on a good face, his crew did some custom work. Deadlines busted, lots of excuses, mark up on ordered parts, estimate over 45% more. Then when I argued it threatened to charge me $30 per day storage.. I took my ducati to these crooks years ago. They tore down my bike and said that their was antifreeze throughout the motor. The owner called me to tell me the bad news. I had to inform him that my bike used a racing motul oil that was in fact green and could be mistaken for antifreeze. He sounded stunned when I told him this, he then said hold on a sec he then went and tasted my oil for the presence of glycol which their was none. He then told my nope no glycol in there, only then did he mention that they had pressure tested the bike over night and it had not budged although he had not mentioned this prior and was talking about the motor needing a complete rebuild which it did not. This guy just did not know that motul makes a green colored oil how could he not know that? They told me my bike would be ready for pick up on Saturday when I arrived Saturday morning they acted annoyed that I had showed up in the morning because they bike would not be ready until afternoon. Well I sure wish they would have told me that. The bill was ridiculous to call it padded would be kind to say it was a blatant rip off would be accurate. They took some cooling fans off my bike and I had to ask for them to get them back. As if the shop owner doesn't know that these parts are of great value. I had a friend take his ducati in and he said when he got it back it had many parts swapped out with lesser parts he did not even recognize. I honestly can't believe that they are still in business. Worst experience ever for a shop I just felt like they were looking for any opportunity to take advantage of me. read more

What professional business comes in 6 weeks late and $1000 over cost! JOEY does.. Work was done right (as far as I can tell). During the customizing, communication on the status of parts on order, parts costs, and labor estimate was non existent. Then he calls and says they are finally done. Well,it is now 6 weeks past schedule; and the owner Joey demands 100% over the estimate; or he will charge $40 per day storage. Very brash and rude to say the least. Well not many options in richmond. So take your chances it's 50/50 with Joey. My experience says work was pretty good, cost was a on the high side, professionalism, was one of he worst. And I don't write many reviews. Only the really good or the really bad. read more
