I had to get an Uber ride into Carytown from 8 miles out on the trail but Joel assured me they could take it in on Sunday. He said 'we are a full service' bike repair shop and we're open today so bring it in and we'll take a look at it. Upon arrival, I got a professional greeting and Joel gave me a realistic estimate of the cost and the time line for repairs. You got to like that level of service. Like most other shops in Carytown, you will be challenged to find parking. They have no dedicated lot so you'll walk 2 to 3 blocks to find street parking.

I lined up to participate in the Ride the Cobbles during 2015 Worlds... but, I forgot my front light at home. By the time I realized this and got to the Agee's tent to buy one, they were sold out of all the LEDs. The super nice gal behind the table sold me an incandescent lamp, which fell apart while I was trying to mount it. Listen to this: she pieced-together an LED setup with parts they had around the tent. And it worked! Really well! I ended up trying a Verve +3 lowstep e-bike. Bryan took the time to answer all my questions about the bike and dive into interesting facts. His knowledge felt endless on bikes!
