I called Vira's to see if they change watch batteries and they do not because they do not sell watches but thankfully they recommended Clockworks. Mr. Ahmed is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated how he showed me the process to change the battery in my watch. This cost me $17 to replace and took a little under two weeks to pick up. I paid up front. This is located close to downtown. I live nearby so walked, but there is some street parking around. I then gave them another pair of shoes for heel replacement because I was happy with my first pair. If you need shoes, boots, or buffing out of your shoes then I highly recommend this shop. Btw, you do need to pay them for services beforehand. I wear my shoes until the heels wear out and then have them replaced because comfort trumps fashion.

Close to my overnight destination, I managed to 'limp' car there after a couple cycling stops for engine to cool. at 81 years old I became veryworries & anxious about what to do! Once i found & contacted Malcolm, he agreed to come out right away - in the dark, and in freezing temperature to help me out. And INDEED he did! I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!

went there to get a belt changed. they told me they put on the belt and that it needs engine repair…read morefor 4-5k. i said no and when i got the car back the belt wasnt even on it. i called and asked if they even put it on, and they said they put it on but took it off later. when i asked why, they had no good reason and got rude and angry with me over the phone. according to my photos i took before dropping it off, looks like they didnt touch a single thing related to the belt, didnt even touch the screws. so they lied about putting the belt on, tried to say i needed an engine repair/swap, and then charged me $165 for doing nothing. i went to another shop and said its probably just a belt issue or AC issue, but if they were to do an engine swap or repair it wouldnt be over 2k anyway. theyll boldface lie to your face and get angry when caught in the act, avoid at all costs
