He was very thorough, checked our indoor unit and compressor ( he took off all the panels and vacuumed the debris from the bottom.). He also took photos of all the tests with their results and took the time to explain the results. He was cautious not to track dirt in from outside, Aaron is an asset to Galbreth & Son.

I had met with other local companies but they all seemed to lack the knowledge on what my smaller home needed. We wanted to replace the ac, and they made the whole process fast and easy. They do offer a payment plan that is 72 months interest free, that goes through Wells Fargo. I think they said military discounts are offered on repairs. The warranty that came with the ac is really good. Google also has glowing reviews for this place. We are completely satisfied with our experience, and everyone we met was so nice!

HIRE SOMEONE ELSE…read more I had a technician from Gibson/Lovell come out for a basic service, and it was one of the most unprofessional encounters I've had with any home service provider. The technician was unpleasant and aggressive. To make matters worse, they quoted us an extremely inflated price for the service (more than double what we ultimately paid another reputable company to complete the exact same job). That alone raises serious concerns about price gouging or outright scamming. When I contacted the company to address the technician's behavior and the charge, they brushed it off as a "misunderstanding," which felt like a way to discredit our very real and unacceptable experience. I paid their $100 fee just to close the door on this awful interaction, but I wouldn't trust them in my home again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Avoid at all costs. There are better, more honest companies out there.
