BUY BEWARE!!!! First off EVERY car I've drove was manual. I even drive a Manual Semi. That being…read moresaid... Went to buy a 2017 Subaru crosstrek manual from them. Test drove it, and it was fine. Everything seemed well. Upon delivery I heard a BAD clicking sound! Said I would not accept this and they said they'd fix. Took the car back so they could check it out. 4 days later they called me and said they'd couldn't find anything even after driving for 100 miles. So I had to go down to check it out. They didn't drive it even 10 miles. Yes I looked at the odometer. I proceed to drive for a half hour and come back, btw their shop looks WORSE than the shop I worked at, IN THE ARMY!, and we ALL know those can be bad. After coming back and hearing the sound I stand around and wait for the "shop foreman". Rather a joke of a man. I tell him to get in, he sites right seat and I BARELY turn out of the parking space and immediately hear the sound. He looks at me confused, and I Have to tell him it's either the CV axle, or the differential, and that they need to fix. Two weeks later they tell me it's ready to go and that they not only replaced the CV axle but the transmission too. Now here I am under the car at THIS VERY MOMENT, replacing the "new" cv axle they "just did". As a mechanic myself, I know when shts been worked on, and this hasn't. Yes "maybe" they did something to the cv axle("repaired it"), but the transmission was NEVER replaced! That was a LIE! There's NO evidence they even did anything but some lock washes on some questionable bolts. If the did "replace the cv axle", why did this one fail now if it was new? Now I know what you're thinking, and YES the part numbers match on both axles! So why if this one was new(from Subaru) did it fail SO fast if this was the only one new? So there's NO doubt in my mind that they lie! The trans is NOT new, as is the axle. They LIE! So keep looking and DO NOT BUY HERE! Picture for reference on the axle. If you know mechanics, or even if you don't, explain why this happens on a "new" axle(from the manufacturer) when it's only been driven on the road and for less than 4 months and bought this VERY year! Please go somewhere else! Put these people out of business! Oh! And too the business, if you really want to dispute this with me, back date your purchase order on these parts!(because I know it didn't happen). I'm gonna want to see those! Should've asked for them in the start! But I was Too trusting. Learning myself here.

I'm highly impressed with the level of customer service and can do attitude to go above and beyond to do what it takes to ensure my satisfaction. City Wilson took time to take the cadillac I was interested in to a pre sale inspection and had the results called in directly to me. Quality car through and through, he did everything he could to lock in the sale for me including bringing the car and paperwork out to me at a family gathering in spanaway when I couldn't get away as he also wanted my family to see this beautiful car ... above and beyond. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, BEWARE!! I reached out 5 days ago to confirm availability of a car, was told…read moreit's available and asked when I wanted to come see it. I told them I couldn't make it in til the end of the week, so I'd check back later to see if it was still available and was told that was fine. From there, I was messaged multiple times a day, presumably by bots, repeatedly trying to set up an appointment. Clearly they really wanted to get me to this lot (lesson learned, listen to your gut and pay attention to the red flags). So today I confirmed AGAIN that I was coming at 5:30, got a couple more bot messages, and finally made it to the lot, only to be told the car "wasn't ready to be shown." I told him I'd confirmed the appointment multiple times and driven over an hour to get there, and he said he couldn't "in good conscience" let me drive it. I told him I didn't drive all that way not to at least see it, so he walked me to the car and I was APPALLED. Damage on the outside in multiple places, which I said I undershoot that their shop was going to fix it up, so that wasn't a huge deal. But the inside... it was the most disgusting car I've ever seen, stains and black on literally EVERY surface, ash everywhere, and absolutely REEKING of cigarettes. None of this was disclosed to me in any of our communications. This was a car they've known for 5 days I'm coming to see, and that was price at almost 10k. When I questioned how they could possibly justify that price tag, the guy tried to assure me they'd be "cleaning it up" but he also said that the 10k was the price "for the car right now" and that after it was fixed, they'd probably be charging more. Absolutely insane experience, and he offered no apology for the waste of time, or for not having disclosed the horrific condition of the car. For a bonus, the spot they'd told me to park in when I pulled into the car was blocked by 4 other cars by the time I got to it, and I had to wait for people to back up out of the way so I could leave. The most unprofessional and ridiculous experience I've ever had car shopping.

I purchased a 2019 Sprinter van from Payless Auto Sales for my transportation business. Within a…read moreshort time after the purchase, the van developed serious engine problems that eventually required an engine replacement, costing me thousands of dollars and causing significant downtime for my business. After the failure, multiple mechanics identified issues that I believe existed before I purchased the vehicle. I also found a vehicle history record showing a fluid leak inspection shortly before the sale. Based on my experience, I believe these concerns should have been disclosed before I bought the van. I was disappointed with how my concerns were handled and felt I had to seek help from outside agencies while trying to resolve the situation. This experience created major financial stress and delayed the start of my business. My advice to anyone considering buying a vehicle here is to have it inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing, carefully review the vehicle history, and keep copies of all paperwork. This review reflects my personal experience. "Very disappointing experience." "I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience." "This purchase caused serious financial hardship for my business." "I wish I had obtained an independent inspection before buying." "Buyers should be extremely careful." "Do your own inspection before signing anything." "This is my honest personal experience." "I hope no one else goes through what I did." Very, very disappointing experience. I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this dealership based on my personal experience.
