Although I would have liked something newish (2020 and newer) They had another forester that was a year newer than mine and in great condition. Although the milage was high, I know that they went over the car with a fine-tooth comb, AND it IS a Subaru, IYKYK. I found their prices to be reasonable, and I like that there is no haggling! A few days after I got the car home my headlights went out. I was ready to go buy new lights, but first called Anne and she was kind enough to order them for me. As the weekend got closer and then lights hadnt come in yet, she and her husband Craig offered to come to my house in Tacoma to change them for me over the weekend. After installing the bulbs it became clear that it was the switch and not the bulbs. Craig came to my house a couple of days later, picked up my car, fixed the switch AND filled my tank! I am so happy I decided to buy from Roosales, their customer service was above and beyond. VERY satisfied customer!

It seemed like Chris, the finance man, had made a mistake in his calculations. This incident reinforces my previous review, where I had expressed my disappointment with the lack of attention and care he had shown during our transaction. They assured me that someone would call us back to discuss our options, but I refuse to pay for someone else's mistake. Carfax emailed to us by Josh the night before our appointment We located this particular car online. When we called the dealership to verify if the car was still on the lot we were told "yes". We scheduled an appointment with Josh for 9:00am the next day. Upon our arrival, the car had already been pulled up to the front and ready for us to take out and test drive. Each of us provided a photo copy of our driver's license and in return we were given one hour to take the car for a test drive. We were both thrilled to test drive without a rep in the car with us so that we could talk comfortably among-st ourselves as well as dissect the car in private. Within 45 minutes of our test drive, we knew we would be taking this car off their hands. Since the pricing was fair, negotiations were not necessary. While filling out paperwork, we were offered complimentary beverages and snacks. Several banking institutions are available to guarantee the lowest % rates. The whole car transaction was completed in less than 2 hours (45 minutes were test driving). Additional warranties were offered but not pushed when we declined them. The car was detailed and filled with gas while we were filling out our paperwork. The license will be mailed to us so that we do not have to drive all the way back to the dealership (1 hour drive for us). We stole a 2013 Acura TL Advanced package with less than 12k miles and still under factory warranty. Thank you Josh for your time and honesty. By far the most favorable car experience for us both to date.

I just bought a Durango, Blake was my salesman and Kevin the Finance man/ boss. I got to the dealer around 1300 and took my truck home in less than 5 hours of first seeing it! I was nervous getting an older vehicle at first, however there is a mechanic on site mon-fri who inspects and repairs their vehicles, and although any major systems (I.e. engine/tranny) will be left untouched, the rest of my truck was in great running condition. My recommendation is to visit on a weekday so a mechanic can detail the condition of a vehicle and to beat the weekend busyness also, make sure you check the address on their website (www.KTAutowa.com) for accuracy as they recently changed addresses on maps/google.
