I suggested to do a search on Yelp and he landed on Deluxe Pool Services. I held my breath... and they came through. The services he gets include opening/closing and weekly cleanings. Dad is especially impressed because whenever there are issues with his pool, their customer service is so top tier, they are on it immediately to resolve the problem. Their location is in CT but you can see from the reviews that they work with pools all over LI (and apparently as far as Albany, according to my father). Their maintenance people are fast, friendly and thorough (I've been at the house a couple times when they serviced the pool). Reasonably priced, too. Important to note that my father is someone who doesn't tolerate inconsistent timeliness (this probably goes for 9/10 dads, no?) and they are always on time or they call. You really can't ask for anything more when it comes to pool services.

Instead, he insisted on putting it in a different spot, assuring me that he had leveled the ground and that it would be fine. The pool looked okay at first, but it only lasted one season. Last year, the liner ripped, and I initially thought it was my fault. This year, I had another pool professional come inspect it, and they immediately pointed out that the original installation was done very poorly. They found that there were tree roots underneath the pool that had continued to grow, causing the ground to become uneven and the pool to lose its level. I was also told that the area should never have been used in the first place because of the roots. I trusted his judgment when he assured me the spot was properly leveled, but it turns out that wasn't the case. While the pool may have looked fine initially, the poor placement and installation ended up costing me a damaged liner and additional repair expenses just a year later. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. If I could give a 0 star;I would.

I had a four year old Polaris P40 pool cleaner that would only clean the deep end of my pool. After…read morenumerous attempts to get it fixed, purchasing various parts and trying to call Polaris directly I was not able to get it to work until I took it to the Leslie's Pool in Norwalk. Within 5 minutes of walking into the store Matt the manager had the cleaner apart and knew exactly what was wrong with it. He ordered the part and within days my cleaner was back in my pool working. I also had my water tested there and purchased some supplies. His entire team was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous . They didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. He recommendations wasn't exactly inline with my ideas but base on what I had previously read about the company before actually meeting him along with his knowledge and experience in the pool industry I trusted his views. The project was planned for March 2023. Fast forward to now the team came in and did exactly what we discussed there were some minor chances which was done with further advice when I met Derick " very nice guys he is a customer pleaser he ensure that you are 100% happy or the job is not done". I have been in the construction industry for 15 years and I have worked with pool companies on several different occasions and believe me this is the first I'm meeting and working with a company where everyone affiliated with the company from the owners down to all the workers are honest, hardworking, polite and very professional. I'm pleased to have met and work with them, I will continue to work with them going forward and I will recommend them to all my family, friends, acquaintances and business associates. These guys don't get 100% in my book they get 110% for going the extra mile in costumer's satisfaction, their prices are very reasonable and economical base on market value with you also getting value for every dollar.
