Joe is always courteous and remembers my car. He makes sure that I am either in the waiting room or get a ride home before service is started. TERRIBLE. FYI if you have an older vehicle (I have a Cadillac Escalade 2007), and a small child, do not waste your time going to this dealership for repairs. The staff will literally treat you like CRAP and make you feel out of place. I may have an older vehicle but I love my Escalade. I've only had it for 2 years. I took my truck here to diagnose a possible transmission issue. I set an appointment. The first appt they said I needed an alternator because my battery wasn't fully charging. Very little interaction with staff. Okay so I had my personal mechanic put in an alternator because they wanted $900 to install one. I set another appointment for a week later. I show up and a rude worker sees me sitting in the bay and says nothing. I was ignored for close to 20 minutes. All the workers looked at me then looked away. Finally a worker comes up to my car window and rudely says "Can you pull up we have a lot of cars coming in?" Um okay He doesn't say "Hi" or anything. I wait another 20 minutes and the same guy comes over to me and says "Can you turn your car off?" And immediately walks away. At this point I'm like wow how these guys are kinda rude! And mind you NO OTHER CARS PULLED IN AT ALL. Finally a worker says "Do you have an appointment?" I said "Yes I'm here for a transmission diagnostic." I have my 5 year old son with me so I get him out the car. The whole conversation with the worker he's somewhat decent but clearly bothered. The Tech who was going to do the diagnostic was standing by him and listening as I explained my transmission issues. I told him how the car pulls forward when the car changes gears and that it's really hard to explain that you kind of need to drive it to actually feel it for yourself. The tech literally looked at me shrugged his shoulders and walked away. WOW! Then the worker rudely says OK it's going to be a while do you have someone to pick you up? I'm like I can wait here with my son in the waiting room. He's like "No you don't have anyone to pick you up?" WHAT? If I want to wait I should be able to wait! No they just wanted us out of there ASAP. There was plenty of other people sitting in both waiting rooms with social distancing that had been there for sometime. In fact one of the ladies in the waiting room told me she had been there over two hours. I see they didn't try to kick her out. (Probably because she had a newer model car). So I arrange a ride and me and my son leave. Then the tech calls me. He blatantly says "how this car hasn't been taken care of at all". WHAT!! I've had the car 2 years and I've done all necessary maintenance. Was he insulting the previous owners or me? Wait..Why is he insulting anybody? Then he says the car has oil leaks "All over the place." So I asked him where. He said it would be thousands and thousands of dollars so there was no need to go into it. WAIT.. How does he know how much I have? He's probably the most unprofessional of all the workers I encountered. In the end I paid them $110 and I still don't know what's wrong with my car. And of course he didn't tell me where the oil leaks are because they think I'm too broke to get them fixed. Little do they know I make over 60 grand a year. I'm a General Manager at a popular Family Dining Restaurant. I'm not rich but I'm definitely not poor. They clearly made an assumption based off an older vehicle and a woman alone with a child. I was literally wasting their time by even being in their presence. My father, two of my uncles, my aunt, and a cousin all drive Cadillacs. I made sure to pass the word around to never do business with them. I felt so disrespected when all I did was go in for a service. These guys are terrible. Inconsiderate and blatantly RUDE! Like I said if you're a woman with a small child and you drive somewhat of an older vehicle, steer away from this place. You're literally wasting their time by even walking in the door. I'm going to tell every single person I know to stay away from this place. And it's crazy because everyone told me to go to the dealership. They specialize in Cadillacs and they're professionals they said... Nope not this place. NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Is it crazy that I enjoy spending my Saturday mornings here? I've gotten great service every time I come here, Norm is so helpful and friendly. I tend to hang around when they are working on my vehicle, the waiting area is more than comfortable. Great comfortable chairs, awesome coffee machine, snacks and drinks available. I would give this dealership negative stars if I could. Maureen was my salesperson, avoid her at all costs if you want to work with someone competent. They delivered the used CTS I purchased up to me in Fort Collins. As soon as it was in my possession, I could feel a pull in the wheel, something was off. I had a friend drive it without mentioning my concern and they immediately noticed the same issue. I took it to my mechanic as soon as I could get an appointment, I was notified that the internal chords to one of the front tires were completely broken and the alignment was severely off, the wheels were toed in on the front and one back wheel was toed out. They fixed my alignment and I stopped driving the vehicle while trying to contact the dealership. I had already immediately notified them that something seemed wrong. My salesperson conveniently went on vacation and it took me about a week before anyone else would contact me back. After speaking to their mechanic, they said it sounded like one of the tires went bad. They said they would reimburse me for one tire and the alignment. I had several professionals tell me all four tires would need to be replaced because it's an all wheel drive, as well as the owners manual stating the same thing. Les Schwabb wouldn't even let me leave with only replacing one tire due to safety reasons and it would further damage many aspects of the vehicle. When the tires were replaced, they informed me the wheel of the bad tire was bent from the tire being oblong. Four months later, multiple emails and postal mail, I didn't hear anything from the dealership or receive any reimbursement, even for merely one tire. I finally got ahold of Terry Ingleterra who had promised me he reimbursement, who then claimed I must've hit something, which I certainly did not. Perhaps his salesperson hit something coming up the freeway. They've already lied about so much. I got a check for $245 for one tire and they reneged on the alignment. They also added an extra $1000 to my loan amount which can't be explained. Instead of answering questions and handling these issues professionally, Terry continues to hang up the phone on me. It's not as if I did business with some third party dealership. Do not give these people your business, I didn't even mention how unprofessional the loan officer I worked with was. He also likes to hang the phone up on customers. Spare your money, your time, and your frustrations. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I Leased a 2013 ATS. I'm an online/virtual buyer. This is the ONLY way I purchase/lease a new vehicle. To that end, I will only partner with a dealership that is willing to build the entire deal online. Ryan was willing to engage with me in this manner when other dealerships in town would not even though I was engaged with a "Internet Sales Manager". If you are forced to come to the dealership for anything other than deal paperwork and picking up the car, which should never take more than an hour, than it is not Internet sales in my mind.
