If you are near this place, go inside ! lol you won't be sorry. The food is sooo good !! Our waiter was a joy. We went to get food as a late breakfast/lunch but to our surprise they were serving brunch ! They have mimosas and Bloody Mary. We ordered calamari, I can't remember if it was lobster or crab fries. We also got the crab cake sandwich. Everything was delish! I wish that the crab cake was a little more firm. Everything was cooked to order. The food was smokin hot and fresh just how I like it !

What a great place. Although not the Taj Mahal the food and atmosphere certainly make up for anything negative. After a long night of walking and boating our family stopped here and had a blast. The service the staff gave to us while visiting was amazing and nothing less. Only thing I can find negative is the bathrooms being cramped and small but clean and not too bad. Overall great experience.

Everything was very good!! The lobster fries had great flavor but we were hoping for more lobster. Boom boom shrimp is a must.

Rick's reef goes dive bar at the beach vibe, and it's hard to go wrong there. We came for some small bites and a snack because we missed lunch, but too early for dinner. The lobster fries were good but pretty greasy and too much for one person. I could only eat a small portion, regardless of the good taste, it was a lot. And unfortunately the server wasn't the best in being attentive. Lastly our grouper bites were a bit rubbery and not very tasty.. The best part was the ambiance or vibes but even at that it's all outside and not the best for all weather.

Had a great dining experience....The waitress was great..Had nice outdoor seating...I got the Lobster fries and they were fantastic...I also got the coconut shrimp which were good too...I likes the orange marmalade that came with them too...Together, they made a great meal...Will definitely come back to this place...One of my favorites now...Oh, and I was able to find parking with my vehicle at around 6 pm.

What a great vibe. Just off the beach. Cool outside bar that opens up inside. Menu is large and service is awesome. Food was good as well. I'd come here lot if we lived here. Specials menu looks like I'd come for that as well. Great Food!!!

Classic beach spot with good vibes and surprisingly decent prices! Service was quick for our party of 5 (including a toddler) and there was something for everyone on the menu. We ordered the crab cake BLT, bang bang shrimp tacos, shrimp po boy, and chicken wings and everyone seemed to love their orders! We got there between 5 and 6 and basically walked in to a table though it did look like it was picking up when we were leaving. Parking looked fairly limited but it's a super short walk from the beach so that's what we did and it was good way to end a beach day

Fun spot for dinner and drinks in St. Pete Beach! Prices are reasonable, service is good and the ambiance is lively. The painkiller was tasty. We had the crab cakes and potato skins and both were solid. The 2 for 1 fajita deal seemed like a good option too! Will definitely be back!

Lots of people always suggest this restaurant and we have yet to stop here, but now we finally did. At first you see a sign, wait to be seated, we stood there for a quick second no one came so we just stepped inside and that's when Blake greeted us. Basically got to choose wherever we wanted, so I picked a spot where I can see the football games. After sitting for a few and having a drink we decided to order. I tried the lobster fries, which were out of this world! They were really good! Then I ordered the po' boy but upgraded to the grouper with tater tots. It comes with a "shark sauce" which is a horseradish/mayo and it was good! My wife got chicken fajitas with their fried corn. She really liked the corn and the fajitas! The food was really good, and I was so glad since it was our last meal for our trip to St. Pete. The inside is very laid back, lots of tv's so I was able to watch some football while enjoying our time there. Our waiter, did a great job, very friendly and gave good suggestions.

Basically everything I could ask for from a lounge. Plus, the owner was kind, helpful, knowledgable and attentive. The wine tap is a fun time. You receive a card and use that to fill your glass (1oz, 3oz and 6oz pours -- 1oz are discounted during happy hour). There's such a diverse variety of wines (more than two dozen), you could get lost in all of the good options. Something for all palates. I tried the small Sonoma board (which was discounted for happy hour) and it was a good-sized, cheese-focused board with solid combinations. the meat and cheeses come with cornichons, olives, and crackers. the caramelized balsamic onion jam was incredible with the sweet blueberry goat cheese and the spicy salami. It's definitely enough for a quick bite to soak up all the delicious wine. They offer happy hour Monday-Friday and trivia on Tuesdays at 7pm. All around a vibe! Definitely worth checking out.

Snappers was packed at 6:30pm on a Tuesday night. However, as it was late July, we were able to get a table outside right away. There are fans to help with the heat, and it's well ventilated so there was a nice breeze. Our server was prompt and friendly. The menu was seafood with an Asian flair. We started with the crab stuffed portobello (probably the weakest part of the meal) and delicious coconut shrimp. After that, our entrees came with salads, which were also great (tortilla chips and a zesty dressing made it more fun than your usual house salad, but it didn't feel too decadent). I got the snapper, which was served over coconut rice and with a delicious curry sauce and mango chutney. The curry reminded me more of thinner Japanese curry versus Indian or Thai, which I loved. The snapper itself was a nicely-sized piece and was cooked/seasoned perfectly with a hint of spice. The coconut sticky rice was so addictive!! The sweetness of the mango chutney just made each bite a wonderful flavor explosion. I would 100% recommend this dish. My husband got the coconut cashew crusted mahi, which was also excellent (and another huge portion of fish). It seems like you can't go wrong here with a fish dish!

This is the kind of place that feels like it's been around forever, in the best way. Spacious for the area, lively without being chaotic, and backed by attentive service that keeps things moving even when it's busy. The menu is extensive, and then just when you think you've seen it all, there's a specials board tucked away with even more to choose from. If you can time your visit right, Tuesday is the move. They run a buy one pound, get one pound half off deal on snow crab legs, and it's easily one of the best values around. The snow crab legs are fresh and satisfying, and the Dungeness crab holds its own as well. Both pair perfectly with their rich, drawn butter, simple but done right. Portion sizes here are no joke. The shrimp skewers are almost excessive in the best way. Three skewers loaded with roughly eight shrimp each, so you're looking at around two dozen shrimp total, all a solid medium-large size. It's the kind of dish that makes you pause when it hits the table. The shrimp pasta is another standout and clearly a house favorite. It's packed with flavor and easily one of the more memorable dishes on the menu. Good enough that ordering a second one to-go actually makes sense. The clam chowder, though, was the one miss. While it's loaded with plenty of clam meat and has a hearty base, there's a slightly smoky flavor that throws it off. If you're a chowder fan, it might not hit the mark. Probably something to skip next time. As for the crab cakes, they passed a pretty tough test. A Maryland native at the table gave them a strong approval, which says a lot. Pro tip: Get there early, ideally around lunch, if you want to lock in that snow crab deal. It's popular, and you don't want to risk missing out. Overall, this is a reliable, crowd-pleasing seafood spot that leans into big portions, solid execution, and a relaxed coastal vibe. Whether you're a local or just visiting St. Pete Beach, it's an easy recommendation and definitely worth a return trip.
