These are clearly marked so there are no surprises. They are generous with whatever toppings are requested. Ask for more of what you like. They do not weigh the salads they combine for you. They sell by container. Fill it as you will. I've seen people take advantage to the point where the container will barely close but the server just smiles. It must even out. The restaurant is spacious and well lit. Plenty of natural light during the day. The minimalistic design just feels right. Value is great. You really can't go wrong.

They do charge by add-on if it's a premium item so you just need to pay attention if you didn't order it in person. I do understand they could be busy and just miss an item or two or ran out of certain ingredients also. I feel like the quality and consistency is better here than Chipotle or Gusto (at least the one I tried). I haven't tried all the other salad/bowl places nearby yet, but I do enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and options here. Their green goddess ranch is good (I haven't liked it at other places).
