The place is loud. Not sure why they play the music so loud that you can barely hear the people next to you. Felt like we were yelling at each other. The waitress had to be promoted for water refills. She would come by, see empty glasses, and walk away. Soda refills, you know, $4 a pop, so I understand why she would not ask for that. Ceaser salad was over-dressed; the amount of dressing made the lettuce salty. Also, the pita croutons tasted stale, with no real crunch. Would have rather had a slice of the warm pita. The steak I added to the salad was okay. Nothing special The salmon limone dish was again okay. Nothing that stands out. Lamb chops were cooked to the correct temperature We had two of RIGATONI ALLA VODKA, and one of them was undercooked. We also had several orders of the BUCATINI AL PEPE NERO, and they were okay, very heavily sauced. And the chicken and shrimp were overcooked. The chicken was dry, and the shrimp were rubbery. We had apps. We did the calamari and the cauliflower. Both were super crispy. But some of the calamari was overcooked. And paired with the sauce, just felt heavy and too rich. For the price of the drinks and food I should have gone to Rumis. That feels worth the price and drive. read more

My wife was so excited to try this new place but unfortunately we were disappointed. First impression, the decor is beautiful. We were impressed how they transformed that space - truly impressive. Ana, our server, was wonderful. She really did a nice job. Unfortunately none of the rest of the staff seemed to want to be there. Major vibe kill. My Moscow Mule and my wife's mocktail were both excellent. We noticed the beautiful glassware, which makes a difference. My drink stem was sticky however, which is annoying. Details matter. We ordered three tapas, the whipped feta, lollipop chicken and meatballs. Everything came out looking beautiful but we were disappointed that nothing seemed fresh. The meatballs were not hot enough and the tomato sauce was too thick and not fresh. The lollipop chicken seemed like reheated from two days ago. The sauce was flavorless. And even the whipped feta tasted like it had been plated at least a day earlier. And the grilled bread looked beautiful but was neither warm nor fresh. At this price point, the food needs to improve. Finally, and in my opinion the most crucial, it to work on the vibe. Other than Ana, none of the employees were engaging or inviting. Most annoying was having 2-3 servers constantly leaning against the end of the bar on their cell phones. This alone is the primary reason we likely won't be back. read more

I was super excited for this place, having seen it featured on a local news segment. However, we were terribly let down. Our server was very nice, however the food was way overpriced for what it was and overcooked. The octopus was over $20 and only 4 small nickel sized pieces came out with a few slices of potatoes and a bit overcooked on the octopus. The other 3 plates we ordered were also very underwhelming... We ordered the cheese dish - if you ask for extra bread, you get charged extra. If you ask for a soft drink refill, you get charged another $4 for the refill. Our bill was about $100 and we left hungry and unsatisfied. Really sad, was hoping for better. read more

We went to Siena on Sunday around 3:30. They were out of the bottle of wine we ordered, so we had to order another one. When we got home and looked closely at our bill, they had charged us for 2 bottles! We ordered the creme brulee and they were out of that also. The food was good, but the broccoli was not cooked at all. I could barely cut it. The worst thing was that they had a card on the table with a code you could scan to pay the bill. They automatically added 25% tip! If you changed it to 20%, the total still came out to 25%! We finally just paid the normal way. This place is a rip off! Never going back! read more

I came here for their soft opening and it was packed! They have valet parking and also parking across the street in BOA parking lot. You will need to scan and pay in the lot across the street. It is a very chic vibe soon as you walk in. The bar is a nice size with various liquor. They hired a DJ and had dancers for the soft opening so it was vibing! They served us with prosecco and they had samplings of what will be on their menu. My favorite was the lollipop chicken with a yogurt sauce. Their Mac and cheese with brisket was also really good. The theme is Mediterranean with Italian influence. I can't wait for their grand opening (Tue 12/23). read more

Okay I was amazed the moment I walked in this weekend as the ambiance is breathtaking. Very romantic for date night! Our server Isabella warmly greeted us right away and walked us through their new summer edition menu and her recommendations were spot on! We tried the baba ganoush with shrimp, grilled octopus, and whipped feta to start with lamb shank and lamb chops. The seasoning, sauces, and presentation was perfect. So, my boyfriend found this place and we wanted to check it out. Fairly new restaurant in downtown Alpharetta. It's a really cute place with a nice atmosphere. I'd say you can dress up but only if you want. It has an upscale diner feel to it. We walked in and were seated quickly by the hostess. We sat there for quite a while, unusually long time. The hostess even came by but only to grab the other plates since we were at a four top and there were two of us. She made no comment that we didn't even have water after sitting there for so long. I was actually thinking about walking out when a server comes over and said that she was just told she had to help the other server and she was so apologetic because we had been waiting there for a really long time. though she was very nice, it was offputting to start our meal this way. So I ordered a cocktail and we got a couple appetizers, chicken, lollipops, and truffle Parmesan fries. I really did like both the appetizers. The fries were probably the best. Then it came time to order dinner. He chose a Moroccan chicken and I chose a bowl and added salmon. They did overcook my salmon. The bowl was OK but a little bland overall. As far as his meal, it just looked like a hot mess. It was described in the menu that it was served in harissa sauce, and I've had harissa before. This tasted like it came from a jar, poor quality tomato sauce, no spice, certainly not harissa at all. also, it was chicken thighs, and very little meat. It was definitely not good. I don't know if there was a manager there or not, but no one came by to check on us other than the server. Although she did try to take care of us, we both left with the consensus of not wanting to go back. read more

Beautiful interior, great service and excellent food! The bar area is always our go to, though the entire restaurant was well appointed and gave off a chic "in town" vibe. We ordered the chicken lollipop appetizer (delicious) and settled on the lamb entree for our main dish, everything was perfectly cooked (temperature wise) and flavored well. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but I can't think of too many places in the immediate area without this particular issue. A welcome alternative to Alpharetta's growing restaurant scene. Even though the vibe here was wonderful, the experience here was horrible. I was so excited to come to this new place, as I love Mediterranean food and have never been to this place too. I ordered the baked salmon and I took about 4-6 bites before noticing something was off. It was rotten- it smelled and tasted like it had been sitting out and had gone bad. While the server and chef were taking into account what I explained about the salmon once they came over, it made me lose my appetite and I went home. I was also asked if I wanted some fresh fish after I gave my plate back- which implies the previous dish was not in fact fresh, which proves my point about the fish being rotten. I was extremely nauseated afterwards. Hopefully as of right now, I don't get food poisoning. If you get the salmon- beware, and ask them if it's fresh. I don't think I'll eat here again. read more

It was 4 ounces of sirloin steak!! Cocktails are a joke!! The lightest pour I have ever seen! And expensive!!! They automatically add a 20% service charge for a table of 4!! Went out for New Year's Eve dinner. Appetizers were good. Unfortunately, my wife ordered the baked salmon, which was not fresh cooked and the potatoes were not cooked at all. To her credit the chef came to apologize. However, the damage was done . Fish that is not fresh is hard to recover from. read more
