Absolutely flavorless drunken noodles. They didn't even introduce a basil to that dish much less douse it in spicy basil flavors. My sister got the Pad Ramen. Honestly what was the difference. They both taste like "brown noodles with carrots and peppers" what makes these noodles different a sad sight for wide noodles compared to ramen looking noodles. Brown plain noodles that was both dishes. Had hopes for the coconut soup. Finally yes the broth tastes right. Like it was supposed to and full of flavor. BUT then they ruined that for me too. After confirming three times I wanted it with tofu and not chicken. What did I get? Chicken! Drove 20 minutes home until I finally realized this after a long day, not worth going back to correct it, and definitely not worth the almost $20 a dish. Won't be going back. Plenty of other subpar Thai places along the way and at least they're not as expensive. Still on the hunt for truly supreme Thai food in Atlanta (missing California)! read more

The Basil Chicken is the best I've had in America, just like any bar at midnight in Bangkok. The panang curry is delicious. Have been here twice, months apart from each other and the food is as memorable as it was the first time around. Highly recommend this great restaurant to anyone who's looking for authentic thai flavors that provides a nonchalant atmosphere. Yes, the price of everything is going up. That said, I'm not sure this restaurant can justify its prices. Simple chicken stir fry will set you back nearly $20 for lunch, and you won't have leftovers. They don't warn you about the up charge for brown rice. If you want to mix tofu and chicken in your stir fry, there's another up charge, even though they are the same price by themselves. No thanks. It was tasty and service was good, but honestly I went on a Sunday hoping to sit on the rooftop, which would help justify the price. It ranks right up there with some of the best high end Thai restaurants I know (think Nam, Tamarind). I've had the Pad Thai, Penang Curry, and the Street Basil Chicken and all were phenomenal.
