Once seen, I felt somewhat rushed and a little in the dark about the type of facial I was receiving. They have done this in the past with my 15 year-old sister (who of course didn't know things would cost $ and nervously nodded along). When someone asks for the basic facial with a set price, it is NEVER ok to try to coerce them into more products, especially minors! I found it difficult to relax when receiving my facial. I was in the room closest to the waiting room, and the thin walls + quiet music made it easy to hear things going on outside. It also sounded like there was some sort of construction going on at times. Additionally, I'm not sure the facialist wore a mask when working on me, and feeling/smelling someone's breath on your face is not exactly the most soothing experience... After 40/45 minutes (of my 50 minute slot), my facial ended and I went to the front to pay. I appreciated the first-time discount, but was somewhat appalled by the tipping suggestion. I am pro-tipping but I think almost a third of the service cost is a bit outrageous. I will likely not be returning to this location!

One example is the aesthetician leaving the room periodically and for long periods of time during my facial or doing nothing while my mask is setting.
