They also have great frappes and coffee drinks. They make delicious hot breakfast burritos to order. I will absolutely come back and try their breakfast croissant sandwiches. Make sure to save room for desserts like chocoflan, too! Kiara was my server and she is very courteous and very knowledgeable. The staff is super friendly, and the service is fast. It is the perfect spot for a quick coffee and sweet treats!

We should've waited I guess to view the physical menu. - taste wise iced coffee was good & we ordered another round. - husband said his burrito lacked taste & had to drench it in habanero -my omelette was not good im sorry but they melted 2 of those sandwich square cheese on top of the egg & it tasted gross... aren't you suppose to use shredded cheese on top? Or if not, melt the cheese inside the omelet? - lastly we got dessert, I got a Nutella filled flakey bread and expected the Nutella to be smooth & creamy but it tasted stale and the chocolate was clumpy - the service was excellent, but the food wasn't.

It honestly feels like stepping into a castle floating in the clouds. The staff/barista was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave thoughtful recommendations and made great adjustments to the drink based on what I ordered. You can tell he really cares about getting it right. The drink itself came out looking so cute -- and tasted just as good. Perfect balance of flavors without being overpowering. Honestly, next time I might skip the toppings altogether because the drink already shines on its own. No boba needed when the base is that good. Such a fun vibe and a solid spot I'd happily come back to.

I tried the ube, which was a little too sweet for me, so I went with pistachio instead. The pistachio was good, but the real pistachio topping they crush and sprinkle on top actually made it so much better and added a great flavor and texture. We also got the vanilla with no toppings and thought it was a little plain, so we agreed the toppings probably make the ice cream better. The employees were friendly and offered us a menu while we were deciding. They also have cute claw machines you can play, which adds a fun little touch. We didn't try them, but it was fun to sit, enjoy our ice cream, and chat. They didn't rush us out, which we appreciated. Overall, a cute spot with friendly service.

Kinda makes me think, "Is this where all the cool kids go?" said by: definitely not a cool kid me. My gal friend and I always want dessert and believe life is always better with sweets. It was around 9 pm already, and of course, we wanted something sweet to end our day. The plaza on Duarte Rd is pretty dark, but 626 Ice Cream was the bright corner filled with tons of people in line, even at 9 pm. They have their posted in a few spots in the line so customers can check out the flavors. My friend was happy there is something non-dairy for her, which was the Mango Sago flavor. They seem to change up their ice cream flavors every now and then I noticed, which is so fun! It was our first time here, and the man who helped us was very sweet in letting me try all the 6 flavors and pick my favorite. I ended up with their Cereal Ice Cream flavor which tasted like a childhood milk & cereal breakfast, the sweet milk you drink after you finished your cereal. I thought "wow!" This was totally it and I fell in love with it. I also want to mention their Yakult flavor was amazing as well; it's the perfect tartness I love in Yakult drinks and had just a teeny bit of sweetness to it. It's great for those friends you may have in your life who just want a little bit of sweetness. Their toppings are so fun, and I would just go back for their toppings to be honest. I asked the team member to choose my toppings for me, you get 3 toppings if you get the mini cup size. So I got red bean, cacao nibs, and mochi. I would come back to eat this combination over and over again. My friend got a Mango Sago flavor, it's non-dairy, with Mochi and Fruit. She loved it as well and I got to try some of it - it packs a punch in mango flavor and is soooo good with their mochi! There is cozy seating inside, or you can totally be a cool kid and pick up one of those stools outside and sit in the parking lot. So nostaligic almost like a backyard party. Thank you 626 Ice Cream for existing and being in the neighborhood! I'll definitely come support more often!

I actually wouldn't mind more black sesame flavor. It being a basque cheesecake means that there's beautiful caramel notes. I really liked this one. -Ube Haupia Cake: Light ube sponge layers with whipped cream and haupia filling which had a thin jammy like texture. The coconut notes were delicious. My family liked this one as well. The shop and parking: This small bakery is located facing a street in a little strip of businesses on Valley in Alhambra. Parking is free on the street directly in front or on the side street. Service was standard. There were no other customers when I came in on a Friday a bit past noon. Prices were as expected for this area. They sell small sized/single-serving desserts as well as full desserts and catering options! Overall: Will definitely be back to try more pastries.

If you're comparing it to King's Hawaiian cake, this one doesn't come close. I only purchased a slice, so it's possible that the slice had been sitting for a while, but unfortunately, it was dry and tasted far from fresh. Based on my experience, I wouldn't order a whole cake from this place. Hopefully, a freshly made cake is better, but the slice I had was very disappointing.
