Daughter took us here for a quick dinner. Huge sidewalk food stall setup outside of CVS. There are…read morepeople queued up so you know the food must be great! Ordering can be a little daunting given there isn't much guidance from the staff. Tacos are the specialty. Hand made fresh tortilla are pressed and cook on a flat top right in front. All the proteins are in trays or a boiling pot or the spinning "trompo". Cooked and fresh add on ingredients are all on display to add onto your selection. Rice, beans, onions, etc. At the check out table they have additional add ons. Marinated peppers, slivered onions, radishes. We watched folks place their order so we were able to figure out what to order. We ordered... Asada tacos Al pastor tacos Asada queso burrito Tripa queso burrito Tacos are nicely portioned, future son in law ate 5. Wife at 3. The taco was soft but firm with great corn texture. The Al Pastor is the champ here with the pineapple dang it was good!! The queso burrito was da bomb. The cheese is slapped onto the flat top to brown and build a bit of extra flavor. The tortilla was set on top and then filled with your meat, rice and beans, green onions and your choice of salsa. OMG. The cheese was so flavorful it really heightened the flavor of the other ingredients. Try it!! So good We got one watermelon drink which was made with fresh watermelon. You can taste the grittiness of the melon in a good way. Maybe had sweetener added but dang it was good Outside seating is provided which gave it the street fair vibe. Parking was easy in the CVS lot. You get a decent amount of food for the money which is high on my list when we go out to eat.

That was a bit disappointing because I ended up paying almost $40 for two quesadillas, which feels pretty expensive compared to other street food places in the area. The food was okay, but I wouldn't call it especially tasty or memorable On the positive side, the mango juice was really good, and I enjoyed the outdoor seating it had a nice atmosphere and was a pleasant place to relax. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but I don't think the food justified the price

Of course, I had to check Yelp first, and it looked promising, so we gave it a try. I decided to order tacos... a little shy moment. I got two asada, one chorizo, and one al pastor. My friend ordered an asada and cheese burrito. My favorite was definitely the asada tacos. The meat was so juicy and flavorful. I also loved that they came with grilled onions, little potatoes, and a grilled serrano pepper. There's a toppings bar with all the fixings, so don't miss the pickled onions, habaneros, and especially the red hot sauce it has some serious heat! I also tried a bite of the asada burrito, and honestly, it was probably my favorite thing. The rice and beans were delicious, and they definitely don't skimp on the meat. It had the perfect balance of everything. The service was great, everyone was friendly, and the staff were vibing to the music the whole time, which made the atmosphere even better. I'd definitely come back!

There's plenty of street parking and this taco stand is the best bang for your buck. It's cash only but you can also pay via Venmo or Zelle. I recently got an order of three tacos and one burrito, the total was $21. There's also tables and chairs if you prefer to eat here. Overall their service is quick and the food is cooked fresh right in front of you. What stands out about Tacos El Tigre is the buckets of salsas and vegetables that you're going to use to top off your plate.

She had mentioned before how much she liked the food, so I knew I had to check it out for myself. The stand is located in the parking lot of Circus Liquor. It's a decent-sized setup, and since we showed up earlier in the day there wasn't a line. I'm really glad we beat the rush because I've heard this spot can get packed. We skimmed the menu pretty quickly because I already knew I wanted to try the lomo tacos. I ordered two, she got three, and we shared an order of fries. The service was friendly and polite, and our food came out within just a few minutes. There isn't any seating, so we ended up eating in the car which I honestly didn't mind at all. The tortillas tasted fresh and almost handmade, and the tacos had all the same delicious flavors you'd expect from lomo saltado--minus the fries, so it worked out perfectly that we ordered some on the side. The fries themselves were hot, crispy, and well seasoned without being overly salty. They paired really well with the tacos. I'd definitely come back again. While looking over the menu afterward, I noticed they have a lomo saltado pizza?! I'm honestly a little sad I missed that the first time around, but hey... now I have an excuse to return.
