Pablito's is a must try! Tacos, burritos, pizzas, burgers, fries, try it all! Our family came and ordered something of everything and you best believe I tried them all! For the Yelp community y'all. My favorite was the Lomo Saltado Pizza! Gawd it was delicious! It was everything you get in Lomo Saltado on a pizza. The fries and meat were yummy. I tried my nephew's burger and the patty was juicy and had a good special sauce I can't describe what it was. I took a big bite off cousin's California burrito. What is better than having a California burrito in California! The wood fire torta was chef's kiss. I watched them prepare this and my oh my, the grilling of melting the cheese before sealing the torta was perfect. Biting the torta and tasting a little grill flavor in the melted cheese was amazing. The rib plate is a must try. Juicy generous size ribs with rice, wow! One of my cousins wanted to trade platters because these ribs were so good! It's a good reason for him to go back. Circling back to the pizza.. the birria pizza was delicious. Dipping a slice of pizza pie was fulfilling. The guys at the pizza station were awesome. They made the pizzas with love and fresh on the spot; made to order. Last but not the least, the loaded fries. You must get the fries and share with your family/friends or enjoy solo. It was a huge platter of fries with the works! .. meat, cheese, onions, guacamole, cheese.. Shout out to one of the guys at Pablito's for giving us a cup of green sauce to share .. we all love the green sauce! Side note: the is located at the parking lot of the liquor store where Tupac filmed a music video. It's also off the street where one of the scenes Clueless was filmed.

First time ordering from here and it was a pleasant experience! Order arrived on time and accurate- asked for no sour cream and there wasnt any - amazing ! Only thing was the spicier salsa included was a tiny container considering I ordered 4 tacos + a burrito , otherwise all good . Hope to order from them again !

Great service and they have $1 Taco Tuesday, but only for online orders. Instead, I went in person to this majestic culinary wonderland and placed my order outside Circus Liquor. Their Lomo Saltado tacos are unique and the Al Pastor's featured in LA Taco's Top 24.

    Horrible torta

Worst torts I ever had it's a burnt pizza dough as a bread what and why ! I'm so dissatisfied! Great tacos but you list me here .

Great service. Great food, great atmosphere! I come here weekly because it's tradition and because Pablito's offers community!

This food was amazing we order the wrong tacos but it was so delicious!!! I tried t pablito style!! On one of my tacos the surf & turf burrito was huge I wasn't able to finish it. The only thing was there wasn't any place to sit down and eat. Which was not a problem we just ate outside on our car trunk. Highly recommend this spot!!!

The best tacos I've had in an incredibly long time (I just moved to NoHo from San Diego) taco making is dead in south Cali. My faith was restored when I had these delicious tacos (quality and consistency at both their pop up in NoHo or their brick location) Proteins are all incredibly juicy, soft and full of flavor. The hand made tortillas elevate everything to a wonderful home made meal profile.

I ordered two carne asada, one chorizo, and one al pastor. The condiment setup was also really good. Let me tell you, this hit the spot! I loved the grilled onions, serranos, hot sauce, and especially the curtido de habanero,so good. The carne asada was okay slightly on the tougher side but the chorizo and al pastor were really solid. Taco prices are fair, but the aguas frescas felt a bit on the expensive side. Overall, I'd definitely come back again.

I came here for dinner on a week night and my experience here was pretty good. I had the asada and al pastor tacos with all the toppings and they were both so good and full of meat and heat. The toppings can be spicy for some, so be warned. My favorite of the two was the all pastor which was flavorful and I did like the thinly shaved meat. It was not dry at all and was fresh. I also tried the mulita with al pastor meat and that was also soso good. Cheesy, meaty, and indulgent. The additional topping section had good variety with pickled onions, cucumbers, etc. and everything seemed pretty fresh. Unfortunately, they were pretty much out of the roasted pepper and grilled onions at the time I went. To drink, I had the horchata and that was also very delicious. It was huge, sweet, and creamy. I also loved how it was not grainy at all. A good pairing with the rich foods. They also have a good amount of seating at the stand with a long table and multiple chairs. Parking is tricky since its street parking only.

Having been to so many taco stands, I think what makes Tire Shop Taqueria really stand out are the right-off-the-grill charcoal-grilled meats, the freshly made tortillas literally in front of you as you are waiting on line, and the free guacamole that comes with each taco. The ordering process is like any other taco stand, though one difference is here the salsas/guacamole are all handled by the staff. If you'd like more of something, just ask them instead of reaching for the ladle yourself. There is a separate area though for grilled onions/peppers and radishes you can serve yourself. I got the asada, chorizo, cabeza, and al pastor, and they were all so good. The asada and chorizo are specifically grilled over charcoal, and that flavor really shines through. I loved how meaty and tender the cabeza was too, and the classic al pastor hit the spot. They have large communal tables setup, so it is a great friendly vibe to enjoy your meal I will say, the surrounding area is not the best in LA, especially given how the taco stand is only open at night. The parking lot is quite small, so I parked on a side street that had some abandoned cars, but of course, if you are in/from LA, this is not that new for us. I would hesitate if I am a tourist though to make it out here. Anyhow, the food really is worth it here, and I can't wait to be back!

We found easy street parking in the neighborhood on 41st Street, and waited in line for about 15-20 minutes. We ordered the asada tacos. They pre-sauce your tacos, which was fine by me, but my boyfriend who can't handle as much spice would've preferred it on the side (so warning for anyone similar! they do put a little habanero on them, so just ask them for salsa on the side). I think I ran into a problem of reading too many raving reviews -- these tacos were good but I was expecting them to be mind blowing, so I was a little disappointed. I tasted the charcoal char, but kind of wished the taste was more pronounced, or at least the meat more seasoned. The hand made tortillas were definitely the coolest part, but I thought they were a little dry too. The ladies whipping those out are artists though. Actually, all the workers here have the assembly line down to the tea, and they definitely add a little flare for a show. I particularly liked how they had a lot of seating at this location, instead of just a couple stools lying around like most taco trucks. It felt more like outdoor patio seating than a normal taco stand. They could probably take more time to wipe down tables more often though. Overall would visit again if in the area, but wouldn't go out of my way for the tacos here.

I like that they were open late to satisfy a late night taco craving. Even though there is typically a line they are quite efficient with orders and even have a parking lot/outdoor dining space in addition to their indoor space so it doesn't feel cramped. It was my first visit so I had to get a mix of their tacos and burritos with the various meats they serve. It was a nice fact to know their tortillas have some lard also so it adds a nice flavor as well. + Burrito 2.0 (asada) + Chivichanga (chicken and beef) + Tacos (chorizo, tripe, cabeza, asada) I enjoyed the burrito with asada and thought it was good portion size for the cost. The guac, cheese, and beans pair well with the meat and has a nice grill on the tortilla. The tacos were a solid size as well but I was surprised to find the tripe as my favorite because they fry it and it adds a nice crunch/texture change. The cabeza was a close second with the stewed flavors. The chivichangas were also tasty but not the traditional chimichanga I was anticipating. It's definitely on the softer side as everything mixes together and there's not much of a texture change. Worth trying if you are curious though. I ordered to go so I didn't see if they have a salsa bar but I did have to pay $.10 per to go container which would be nice if they were free. However, I liked mixing their red and green salsa with each bite. I am curious to try their avocado salsa next time. Overall, I thought the portion sizes were good for the prices and I felt full afterwards.
