    What terrible service. It was a very unpleasant experience; car dealerships are so attentive when they're making a sale, but when it comes to taking responsibility for something they sold--especially something defective--they are completely useless, from the salespeople right up to the department managers. They just keep passing the buck, and in the end, nothing gets done. It's disgusting how they always try to take advantage of people and make fools of them.

    Charles Clark was amazing! Drove 2 cars and chose this beauty with all the bells and whistles. He didn't pressure us and worked hard to get a deal my husband was happy with. We have bought several Acuras at the other dealership in Vegas but the Findlay team is exceptional. Made the buying experience incredible. Worth the drive out to this location . Happy customers!     We purchased a 2014 MDX at Findlay Acura after our 2017 Forrester was totaled. After 3 months we're still delighted with the vehicle that's an upgrade in every way, with a clean carfax, the MDX was originally purchased and serviced only at Findlay. Charles was a joy to work with and we got a great deal, out the door including tax, for less than the asking price. Purchase only took a few hours from the time we test drove the car to completing the sale and they placated our son with a buffet of complimentary snacks. The sales manager, finance guy and service dept. guy have all been courteous and professional. We're going to continue to service the car at Findlay, and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a great car buying experience without all the usual bullshit. Thank you Findlay Acura!

    Findlay Acura is located in the valley auto mall in Henderson Nevada. They are part of the Findlay automotive group consisting of Acura, Toyota, Honda and more. To say that I'm completely disgusted with Findlay as a whole, would be an understatement. My tale begins in 2022 at Findlay Honda. I took in a 2006 Honda Ridgeline that had a misfire code on the check engine light. I was told that it had bad heads. I had the heads replaced, turns out the piston was bad not the heads. So now I pay for a factory short block engine, they'll use my new heads on it. Findlay used an old timing belt from the old engine without my consent and that broke 5000 miles later. Findlay allegedly replaced a ton of valves, and cobbled it back together. 5000 miles later, it blew up. There was a cracked piston from the belt breaking and the valve smacking it. They knew it, they just didn't want to take responsibility for it. Findlay flat out refused to take any responsibility after I spent about 7000$ total on this debacle. And got 10k miles out of a factory Honda engine. I was Fortier told a factory engine only has a 12 month 12k mile warranty, which wasn't was the former service advisor told me, he said 3 year 36k. Regardless, I wouldn't trust Findlay to change my oil now. Their service people are shady, they will do things against what is right and proper by industry standards and they will flat out screw you in the end. $5000 later, I'm on my 3rd new engine. Rest assured Findlay wasn't allowed to touch it again.

    Best dealership in Vegas! Just purchased my second car from them. Jamison, GM was on the sales floor assisting his staff. He's the best in the business hands down. Lupe, salesman was literally the BEST. Helpful, patient, knowledgeable, kind and helped me choose the best model and color car for me Braxton, sales manager was fast and fantastic, kind, knowledgeable and got the most for my trade-in. Dante, finance was helpful, informative and detailed I'll seriously never buy a car anywhere else. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. Throughout the week I was in contact with my sale person, Lupe, to assist with the EV app and anything I needed. Even Charles, salesman assisted me several times. I would recommend Findlay Acura over and over. Don't go anywhere else!

Now there's a problem with the financing numbers, well yeah!! They have failed to call Bach for pre scheduled calls twice. Are not calling me back when I leave messages. I've bought cards there before, probably 15 Toyotas in my lifetime. I even contacted the General Manager. No response. I have to say that their service dept is amazing!!! The sales and finance departing need lessons from Service!! Very very disappointed!!!

This update is how she ghosted me after I referred my parents and I followed up on my referral fee! After purchasing my car, she informed me of a referral program where I would receive $150 if someone I referred purchased a car. I would have referred her even if I didn't receive $150 but since she mentioned the program, I believe they should keep their word. After a couple weeks, I asked Amber for an update and she said she would follow up. She suggested that I personally pick up the check so it wouldn't get lost in the mail. Another week goes by and I was in the area and I went in and she had me sign a W9 form. I followed up again and she said she was on vacation. I followed up again and she just didn't reply. I waited a couple more weeks and I called the dealership and was led to leave voice messages with NO REPLY! I sent an inquiry online and was told to call the dealership which I've already done with NO REPLY. I drove over there 3 weeks ago and spoke to someone in person and they had me complete ANOTHER W9 and told me they logged a message for Amber's manager to contact me and it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard from them! Seriously, don't make promises you can't keep! My referral purchased a car in March and we're now going into July! I have been more than patient!

So we decided to check out & at the very least we'd come back & get 1 of the 2 we test drove. When we arrived we were greeted by Mark. We were very specific about what we wanted and made it clear that we not only wanted to stay in budget but we needed him to take the lease off my hands because it expired in 60 days. He said "I can get it done, follow me!" We did & I got a beautiful Q3. Izzy in finance was awesome & since my husband & I were in a time crunch, Isaiah met with me the next day to discuss benefits & features. After everything was said and done I received an email setting me up for 1st 10,000 mile service appt next year. Well done Audi team.

    Wow! And not in a good way, I don't even know where to begin…read more. This happened last year, the day after Xmas as I was shopping for Kia EV6 GT. My original plan was to purchase a used one but if I can find a deal on a new one, why not right? I saw Kia was doing 0% APR and was hoping the deal is good for the EV6 GT. They also have 10k cash back incentive but doesn't seem to be able to combine both 0% and 10k off. (yeah I know wishful thinking) Now I've already did my homework and got another quote (out of state dealer) with the EXACT same vehicle (same color everything) so I'm comparing apples and apples here. The quote I got was at $894/mo for 72 months for a NEW 2025 Kia EV6 GT in matte blue (not my 1st color choice) The ONLY difference is Towbin decided to add almost $6,200 worth of dealer add-ons, stuff you don't really need or can get it cheaper $3,995 for Desert Protection Package - No thank you! I can get my own tint for a lot less $695 for Red Alert Braking, if you really want this, you can DIY with a $20 LED bulb.. $995 for Polysteel - Don't need $495 for GPS Locator - They're joking here right? The vehicle COMES with GPS tracking, it's called Kia Access. They also wanted $20 for SMOG fee.. yes for an Electric Vehicle! On the day of my appointment, Jesus is the guy I'm booked with. He is actually the saving grace in this review. He seems fairly new to the biz, and was already waiting for me by the vehicle. Jesus is very friendly, chill and cool (unlike 99% of the sales folks) He also knows a lot about the vehicle (or he memorized the brochure) Either way, he did his homework and it shows. We took a quick test drive together and yes I can see myself driving this on a daily. Here's the part that went sour, he called backup (yes your traditional sales guy with the phony smile pretending to be your best friend) To make this short, we went back and forth a few times, I believe the initial offer was over $1200/mo for 72months!! Like really? I wasn't having it and already told them what I'm willing to consider ($900/mo for 72 months) He comes back telling me "Am I ready to hit the bong?" He made it sound like he came down to $900/mo then I looked and it was $950/mo.. then he made this comment that really ticked me off.. something about "ONLY extra $50/mo" Yes if it's truly 50 bucks I'm all for it, but x 72 that's $3,600!! Yup that's when I started to walk away, the guy actually chased me down even as I was backing up. I received numerous text and calls later asking me to come back they are willing to deal. (yeah not happening) And guess what? Just checked their website the vehicle is STILL sitting in their lot. No surprise there!

    Wanted to take the time to recognize Melissa Kerman at service…read more My girlfriend needed to get an aftermarket bumper on her truck (2023 Gladiator) installed; she managed to take off the original but couldn't put the new one on since it was too heavy for her to do herself; I brought it to my personal mechanic He did the work and changed out fluids per my request however he mentioned that the oil housing/cooler was leaking. He was going to replace it for a small fee but her truck still had a balance of 11k miles left on powetrain. We brought it here; in case they didn't find anything wrong the diagnostic was going to cost around $300; sure enough Melissa and her team found -axel leak -valve cover leak -oil cooler leak I was FLOORED; my girlfriend heavily relies on her truck for work; if she never gave it to me to get it fixed, she would have been without warranty and still needing the repair! Melissa is nothing short of an Angel and we need more people like her in the car buying industry in general; I worked for CarMax so I am familiar with business practices. I decided to throw in an alignment and wheel balance and rotate just to add services to the bill even though she made sure to get me an uber and a rental when the repair was holding out on the valve gasket. When my girlfriend got the truck back she said that she drives even better than when she first got it! Recommendation; get a MOPAR (Granger/Ziegler ) certified warranty on your Jeep Chrysler vehicle; it's got a reputation for repairs; also bring your vehicle to Chapman Jeep and say hey to Melissa. Her team will tell you exactly what needs to be done to get it back to showroom condition ready to take you wherever you find adventure!

Went again on Wednesday, the vehicle was not there and I was told again it would be ready by Friday now. I went again to the dealership and again to be told the same thing, the vehicle is getting some work done and they would contact me when it's ready. 1 day later, I'm told by Bianca through text that the vehicle has been sold but they have other options. Seriously?? So obviously the sales people don't know how to be honest with customers and I definitely will NOT do any business with this dealership or any Findlay dealership!!
