Can Am labor per hour is $180. A simple Oil Change is $180 for Labor plus $50 miscellaneous charge totaling $230 BEFORE the parts & oil cost. My bill was just about $500 for a routine Oil Change. Clearly it did not take $230 labor plus oil & parts totaling $470 to do a routine oil change. In addition, the facility is old and not clean plus my vehicle was stored outside in a non-secured area. I would not recommend using Ride Now as a service facility. read more

Pretty sure I payed. I believe "Chris" was helping me before when I bought them. Proceeds to tell me he does not make mistakes, and he's been working there for 15 years. I went to Ride Now Phoenix a few weeks ago looking for a 2018 RZR XP4 1000. My family and I walked around outside for 20 minutes looking at units. No one came to offer assistance. We proceeded inside to look at units and hoped to talk to someone about their best out the door price. We walked the store and waited for someone to acknowledge us or offer to help, after 20-40 minutes we walked out. We live in the neighborhood and hoped we could find a dealer to work with to get the unit and service it in the future, but the crew on Labor Day wasn't interested helping us out. At least I got acknowledged and obtained pricing at the Surprise location. Ultimately the Ridenow locations in the valley were like $1.5-2k more than out of own dealers, so we purchased our new unit elsewhere read more

Really Expensive. My last visit, I dropped a vehicle off for brake work. They quoted $120 for diagnosis and later quoted an additional charge of $282 to flush and bleed the brake lines. I paid their diagnosis fee, but took it to another shop which did the flush and bleed for $85. I did business with them a few other times including purchasing a couple small ATVs. Each time I have felt like I was getting ripped off. The brake job quoted above was the last straw. I won't be back. read more

Totally worthless help. I purchased a Bikemaster 6N5.5-1D motorcycle battery on 8/10/20. The first problem was they didn't even add enough acid to the minimum level. Then, the 10A fuse blew. I contacted them today to inquire if I can get additional fuses for this battery since I'm having zero luck online or shopping local stores (ie Ace, Napa, Autozone, etc.). That was a waste of time to say the least. I indicate all of the info on the "Contact Us" and I get a call back today asking me if I want sales or parts. Obviously, someone didn't even read the info or know what my issue was. I ask parts can I purchase some fuses? "Story boss, can't help you. Maybe try batteries plus or Ace." Gee, wish I would have thought of that. Been there done that! If you contact Bikemaster they tell you to contact the seller. I know it's only a few bucks but the total lack of assistance is pathetic and gives a good indication of how business is conducted there. Only interested in selling the big buck items! read more

Worst place I've ever had to deal with. Manager is great at yelling at his employees and pretty good at being disrespectful, tossing my phone on his desk after he was done speaking to my bank about canceling a warranty that i didnt agree to on to my purchase. Couldn't care less about the issues i was having with my purchase of the side by side and it not running after my first trip out with it and telling me it was ready for purchase. All he talked about was "hunting this hunting that" That one experience i had with this ride now in Phoenix with THAT manager lead me to never step foot in ANY ride now. I believe his name was Mark. Sometimes we buy big ticket items without thinking it through or doing any research. This was one of those days. We had rented side x sides for a run through the desert and had the best time! We started looking at new and used ones and since the used were as much as brand new we headed down to Ride Now. We got the owners son as our salesperson. He is a nice kid but the worst salesperson. He had no answers to most of our questions, and was googling them as we talked. We did learn that there is a crazy build charge for a new one, so the price on the tag is not the price. Add about 7 or 8k (I've blocked out the actual number) and that's your price. When we really needed answers he pulled an experienced salesperson who was SO helpful, we wish we would have had him the whole time. If he had not have come out of his office to help we would have left empty handed, or bought something we regretted. The negotiating process was PAINFUL. It took forever and son (I am sorry I forgot his name) could not tell us anything about what was happening. Lots of blank stares and "let me check"s. We buy and sell cars a lot and this was the worst process ever. I finally started going in to the managers office to check status. When we finally got a proposal, the boy had zero idea how financing works. We nicely gave him a lesson on interest rates and payments, the amount financed and how many months. I would like to say he understood but I do not have high hopes. We were talked into the extended warranty and service package (our fault, but possibly that is why they beat you down and take forever so you'll just agree to anything to get out of there) so we will need to go back. Pickup was also awful, it took forever, they were not sure if it had gas, they went back and forth. Not the fun and exciting experience it should have been. It was extremely frustrating. Parts guy, you are awesome and we appreciate you. I hope we can say the same for service people when we need them. In summary, do your research first, ask for an experienced sales person and be prepared to walk away. read more

The entire staff, at least the ones I interacted with, were all helpful. It is a rather busy location. I stopped in on a whim as I was in the area looking at something completely unrelated. While looking around, I saw a 2020 Harley Davidson Heritage and then it was on to getting paperwork done and me back on two wheels (I hadn't been on two wheels since 2019 due to selling my R6 since I was moving). Called to see if they had two specific motorcycles in stock to view, and was told yes, both were there. Traveled 3.5 hours only to find that NEITHER model was in the showroom. One was at a nearby warehouse and the other was still in a crate. They brought the motorcycle from the warehouse and I liked it, so began the negotiations. Their "offer" on a $4700 motorcycle ballooned to over $8000 with a bunch of useless add-ons. Quite ridiculous. By far the most egregious part of the offer was a $600 doc fee. REALLY? That is totally insane. Anyways, I knocked the junk out of their offer and got the bike at a reasonable amount, but I was left feeling that I still got ripped off. Be very careful when negotiating, any dealer trying to charge a $600 doc fee on a $4700 motorcycle is just too greedy. read more

Went in to go buy a pair of gloves, quick and easy sale but not soo much as I couldn't even walk into the store because I guess they pulled everything inside so when their magic hour of 6 o'clock came they could just shut the doors and walk out. As I was standing there looking to find a path to get back to the section where the gloves were an employee that was on his way out told me to go back out the front doors and go around to the side of the building and I could get in to where I needed to go from there but again I was not able to get back to where the gloves were because everything was backed up to the walls so you couldn't access anything, one of the two guys back there just giggled and laughed and was like yeah well I guess we can't get back there because everything is up against the wall but we open tomorrow at 10:00 am. I guess they don't like making money at this location, while sitting here in the parking lot writing this review I've seen 5 other customers trying to pick up their bikes and or potential sales. I guess I never mentioned it but I came 20 minutes before their closing time. I'll just continue to go to the Peoria location where the staff there is awesome and they stay open until they're done taking care of the customers. read more

The fees that the Ridenow group charge for Can-Am bikes are way out of line. Super high destination, set-up and doc fees. It is cheaper to go to Nash, or even outside the area and have the bike shipped to you! I'm not sure how these guys stay in business. read more

When we pulled up we spotted one that we really liked, but werent going to buy. We looked around a bit at others and we kept coming back to the one we first spotted. The worst experience of my life!!!!!. I purchased a machine, my first machine. The sales people made it seem like a real good deal. While purchasing I was asked if I wanted GAP, well of course I wanted to stay protected so I got it as suggested. I was also sold a warranty for battery and normal warranty. I walked out financing for over $11,000 over sticker price but was made to believe I got a great deal. Unfortunately I totaled the machine, thinking I was converted as I did all the paperwork for GAP and insurance I find out that ride now sold me a GAP insurance that wouldn't even work since they sold me a machine that was 125% over MSRP. Knowing this they still sold me the GAP that they knew world never work for this deal. They also wouldn't refund my battery coverage even though it was NEVER used. I still owe thousands on a machine that I don't have and no one at ride now can fix their wrong doing. They do to customers and don't care. I will never go there again and will make sure to let all my friends and family that are purchasing to never go there as well. RIDE NOW is one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. read more

I went to purchase a new 2020 can-am and as soon as I went inside the customer service was awful, I asked to explain the difference between each can-am and a razor the guy didn't really tell me much. After reading some reviews on Yelp and Google, I was a little hesitant to give RideNow Powersports Phoenix a try. But unfortunately I had been chasing an electrical issue on my Polaris General for weeks, and could not get it resolved...so I took a chance! I made my appointment online, and showed up when scheduled. There were a few issues with their online scheduling program, but Crosby figured it out and got me checked in. Although the service department was extremely busy, Crosby took the time to allow me to show him what my problem was, and what I thought could be the resolution. Crosby explained what the hourly diagnostic fee was and said if they couldn't get to it that day, they would get on it first thing the next day. As promised, Crosby called me the next day and told me that they had diagnosed that the factory wiring harness for the street legal kit had some pins reversed and that it was now resolved. They even hooked up my trailer wiring harness for me. They also repaired two factory recalls ($800 value) while it was in for repair. I had my General back within 24 hours, and for less than $200. I highly recommend the RideNow service department for all of your maintenance and repair needs. Super-professional, fast service and priced right! read more

I really don't have anything good to say about Ridenow vehicle sales department and policies. 1 - They have a very strict "no test rides" rule. They claim that their insurance does not allow it. I am pretty sure this is not because of insurance but rather it is their level of insurance they wish to have. I have been buying motorcycles over the last 40 years and have only had this experience with Ridenow. Their policy is that you have to first buy the vehicle - do all the loan approvals, pay all the DMV fees etc, the you are handed the keys and if you don't like it, simply return it. 2. Cost shown online is a lot cheaper than actual out-the-door price. For instance on a bike I was going to get they were going to add $900 freight charge, $688 assembly charge, $595 documentation charge (this is not DMV fees), plus tax and registration. 3. Attitude. This is rather subjective but I really felt like instead of being customer centric - they were more dealer centric. I ended up purchasing from a different dealership and saving a lot of time and money. My dealership loves Ridenow policies as they say it brings them a lot of new business. read more

After I said I do all maintenance myself, Im tired and there for hours and then rushed through paperwork. My bike after down should have been $9050 came to $18000. I was there 2 1/2 yrs before and denied on credit, did everything to fix credit and came back with a high credit score excited to finally have the bike I always wanted to be cheated, lied to and ripped off. I will tell everyone that will listen how they scam people and don't care. I did call back the next day and wanted to cancel but they refused, thought I have three days to cancel financing. I had to wait a day or two too take it but thats alright. but a month later they still haven't gotten the title transferred to my name so i can get proper registration on it. Greg the manager was not cool. I called concerned two days in a rows an asked for a call back an he never did. Finally had to drive down there an the managers still wouldn't come out an help. But a great guy name Matthew was able to help an resolve. Of course its not your ass if you get caught with expired plates is it managers?!. I was interested in upgrading my Honda Grom. Riley and Marshall assisted me in finding the parts ad offering useful advice along the way. Matt Crosby assisted me the day of the service and all went smoothly. They installed a rear fender delete kit and a color matching front fender and the bike looks great. Thanks also to the mechanic/technician who did the work, I don't know his name but he was nice and did a good job. The only negative is the foolish shop charges that are lopped onto my bill. The bike is new, so a parts cleaning fee should not apply. I don't mind paying for shop supplies, but the numbers have creeped up to unreasonable. I can see if someone brings in a dirt covered vehicle or a large job that would actually need shop supplies, but for it to be added to small clean jobs on new bikes like mine it is excessive. Overall, I'm glad Ride Now on Cave Creek Road did the work. Thank you very much! read more
