We bought a RZR there last year and they were great. Too bad the service went way down. I walked through the front door with my kids ahead of my husband because he was on the phone. The whole sales staff out front and at the front desk ignored me. Not even any eye contact. I walked around looking at dirt bikes for my son and still no one approached. I walked back out to meet my husband and on our walk in he was greeted by all the guys. I made a statement about them ignoring me and only talking to another guy and they all laughed about it amongst themselves. Even made a couple snarky remarks when we walked out. We have decided to go elsewhere to by the dirt bike and any other things we'll be purchasing in the future. The service center employees were very nice and helpful. First off, service center is located in a weird location in the back. Parts guy is behind a pole no one can see. I came in to get a tire for my scooter. Parts guy was great and helped me order the tube and tire but told me to take the tire home and bring it back when i got a text. He should have directed me to the service center where i could have left the tire and came up to pick it up when it was ready. When i brought the tire back after the text, parts guy took me to the service center who was confused i wasn't directed there first. In the end, i had to wait to get the tire swapped (which was free because i bought it from them) but they did a great job on the swap. I am happy but they wasted a little of my time. We agreed on a price, but they found the fork seals needed replacing, which they did on their dime, and then delivered the bike 40 miles to my house. Wow.. over the phone communication with Treyvon was great. However, when I went in, it was a joke from the start. I just needed to do paperwork for my bike and get out of there asap, but that didn't happen. They assigned an associate who was clearly high off marijuana who could barely keep his eyes open. (I didn't get his name but he had to be the shortest employee there and he looked Mexican) He had such a hard time filling out the basic paperwork he had to call somebody else. Then the other guy who came, messed up and wrote down the wrong address so I crossed it out and told him to get a new paper. When he came back, I FILLED IT OUT MYSELF! After completing the paperwork by hand, the associate who input the information into the computer was let's just say, not the smartest tool in the box. He misspelled my street, address, and zip code seven times on the DMV PAPERWORK!! YES, SEVEN TIMES I HAD TO SEND MY PAPERWORK BACK TO BE CORRECTED AND NO, IM NOT EXAGGERATING!! I HAVE TWO WITNESSES TO PROVE IT. I had to tell them like dude, are you guys even paying attention to what you are doing?!? This is ridiculous!! They said they had a girl who handled the paperwork but she wasn't in on weekends. Oh how I wish she was! This is the absolute worst experience I had at a dealership in my entire life. I had asked if I could get a discount on the cover I was purchasing after all their mistakes and RYAN said he wasn't able to do that. After everything was supposedly done, I checked all the paperwork again, and of course the zip code was STILL wrong. Then that's when RYAN decides to all of sudden give me a shitty 15% off discount on the cover HAHAHA I was livid. I honestly wanted to call the manager after but I didn't want to deal with anymore bullshit than I already did that day!! Horrible!! Ha. WORST dealership in SoCal. They don't even deserve 1 star. They quoted me $7000 for a CRF250F that has an MSRP of $4800. That's almost a 50% markup ($2200). Lol. For comparison, 1 week earlier I got a 2022 YZF450FX for $1400, OTD, over MSRP and that's a bike with a $9900 MSRP from a different dealership in Riverside, and last year, bought a 2021 CRF250F for $5400 OTD. Showed up and they asked where I saw it cheaper told them Poway Power Sports. I walk in we see the motorcycle tell me they will be right back I'm thinking they're going to finalize paperwork and he brings out another sales person that has this look up discus and says that he called Poway Powersports and they don't have the motorcycle I explained to him that the motorcycle is there it's not available for sale because I'm purchasing it I just wanted to see if this one was a lower cost and local to me and I can release the One at Poway Powersports to someone else local to them (it's only a 30 minute drive to Poway Powersports but if I can get it for the same cost and only 10 minutes away that would be great) The sales person says the new price of the bike is 1000 more than it was on the phone thinking that he got me in some type of scenario, his mistake I purchased a bike from Poway Powersports not only that I continuously go to Poway Powersports to buy all my vehicles because the price they have is not only cheaper but they don't pull strings they're always cheaper. My issue was that I was told the bike was in an LA warehouse and that the out the door price would be a certain amount.
