I don't know about some of these reviews as many on YELP are F8ke. My Wife and I have a positive experience at RideNow and wanted to share our purchase of my Wife's new CanAm F3 Limited. We were there looking at a new Goldwing for myself and arranged a test ride with Nahim. He was very very busy helping 3 customers at a time but got me on the bike. I didn't like the DCT on the bike at slow speeds so I didn't but it. While I was on the bike the Wife saw the Phoenix Orange Pearl Can Am and fell in love with it. Talked me into renting one for her on NYE. She liked it so we went to the local dealer near our house to see another one in a different color. Convinced she wanted to trade in her Harley for one we drove back up to RideNow to see the Orange bike. Nahim took extra time getting her familiar with the bike and took her on two test rides. One on the F3 Limited and the other on the RT. She loved the Limited F3 so we went in to make the deal. They gave us way more for our trade than the local dealer near us offered and we got a great deal on the 2019 CanAm. Finance was great and Sarah took the time to explain the Tire and Wheel package, extended warranty and GAP. We chose all three as they were all worth the price. Things happen even with new vehicles and the peace of mind is worth the extra couple of bucks. Overall I give this place 5 Stars because they all took the time to help us make one of the best new bike purchase of our lives! My El Cajon Harley Davidson experience was still the best ever. I bought a used 2020 kx450f from this place, I was told there was a total so many point inspection prior to buying just like a used car gets at toyota, intheir words. I took the bike off my truck when i got home clutch was trash, took it back they fixed that but noted in the comments that the fork is leaking. I had to get new suspension anyway, after taking the suspension off i noticed the tubes had dings throughout which made it leak and racetech found a broken spring inside the left front fork. I told ridenow they said they would pay for the tubes and mail the check to me, they never did its been a month and now he wont answer me now. the linkeage was all jacked up with broken bearings and no grease at all. The bike was dirty throughout with stripped bolts on at least 8 occasions. the left radiator was replaced most likely due to a wreck and is all bent and not matching up to the guard still. they even gave me the bike with torn grips and i had to ask them to replace those. Also their marketing strategy online is misconstrued, you see the price online then when you get there they throw on their dealer refurb fee which is a hoax, they put lipstick on a pig for a profit, I shouldve walked, since i bought it it has been a money pit, i wouldve bought new if it werent for the newsome sticker policy for new bikes. Hopefully someone sees this before making the mistake i did. Buy used from a private person and avoid the dealer fee its alot, use that money to put into that bike. Plus i had them do chain service to tighten the chain up when the clutch was getting done when i got it home i noticed the chain adjustment marks are way off on each side!!!! waste of money. read more

I came in about a month or so to buy some chain cleaning supplies, and I got really good vibes from the staff there. I was asked by a lot of people whether or not I needed help finding anything, and one guy even explained the differences between different brands of chain cleaning supplies. Needless to say, I was very impressed by the staff there. So, when my Yamaha R3's clutch burned up, the good vibes that I got from the staff made it easy for me to bring it in to their service department. I brought it in on a Friday afternoon, and the next morning I got a call where they told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. The next morning! Not even 24 hours later! Incredible! I told them to go ahead with the service and it was complete Tuesday evening, so I picked it up Wednesday morning. Absolutely incredible turnaround time! If it's not obvious, I was very impressed. I'll absolutely be coming back to get more motorcycle stuff! read more

Ya know, I didn't have much luck with this place when it was House of Motorcycles, and I really hoped that whatever was going to change with RideNow would be an improvement. But its the same BS tactics. I received a call about a "Sand Show" this weekend. Big story about how the big LA sand show was canceled, so many of the vendors were going to be set up there for a smaller, but still substantial show this weekend. Told all my friends, got all Covid ready, and headed over there. No show. only couple of small vendors that I could see.. They were simply open, and possibly having some kind of sale. it's a decent place to shop if you are too impatient to wait for better deals online, but other than that, they still need to work on their customer service big time. So here's the story, I went through the Costco program in search of some Jet skies I wanted to buy for my birthday. Once I submitted my request I was contacted by Jeffrey Jaramillo. I was expecting a call from Del Amo Motorsports being that I live 10 minutes from there. I was a bit hesitant because NCHM is about one hr away from me without traffic. After a few emails and phone calls I decided to take the risk and head over to NCHM. Right away I was very impressed with their store and their customer service. I was greeted promptly and directed to Jeffrey right away. I must say, I was very impressed with Jeffrey, he has great customer service skills and answered all my questions regarding the types all water crafts they had in inventory. Like it tends to happen sometimes, Costco made a mistake and listed the Seadoo Spark on their program but wouldn't pop up on their site. Jeffrey explained to me that the Spark wasn't part of the Costco program. As you can imagine, I was a bit bummed specially because I took a long drive there just for that particular vessel. Right away Jeffrey and the NCHM sales/Finance team jumped on it and made me a killer deal I could resist! They pretty much matched what I would have paid for with Costco. They also gave me a killer super low APR plus got a very good deal on all the accessories and apparel I needed from their Parts department. Big thanks to Erick Mineau in Parts for his advice, customer service and great product knowledge. To top it all out, they delivered my Jet skies to my house in Chula Vista a few days after my purchase, it doesn't get better than that! Again, I want to thank North County House Of Motorcycles, Jeffrey Jaramillo along with The finance associate (can't remember his name) for making the finance process very pleasant and for his great customer service. 5 stars to the service dept! Took my bike in for new tires and chain and sprocket kit. I called over the phone and asked for a quote and they provided me a great deal! Another main reason is because they do free tire installation if you purchase tires from them. I called other local areas and they have the best prices in tires plus free installation while other shops charge you higher prices and charge to get them installed. Shout out to my boy Andy who provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond! Great service dept and highly recommend anyone motorcycle enthusiasts. read more

I purchase a used 2020 Vanderhall Venice in April 2021. The brand ended up having reliability issues that I don't fault the dealership. I apparently was one of first to buy one when they took on the line. i'm not concerned about price paidk but I was lured to the dealership with suggestion I could receive more for my trade-in than finally offered. Again, not a grip as I agreed to follow through. It was strongly suggested that I take the extended warranty. I'm not a fan of them, but was talked into it (again I consented). However it was mentioned that because of the electronics, turbo chargerl and other technology that the warranty would be smart decision. About 20,000 miles later I found out Ithe warranty did not cover replacing the turbo charger even though it was emphasized at time of sale. My mistake for not being more thorough, their mistake for misrepresenting. I do give high marks to the service dept. The bike ended up needing service several times and the mechanic was certified by Vanderhall. I was happy with that and the help from Lonnie in the service department. So I would give 2 stars for VH, 3 stars to the sales staff, and 5 stars for the service department.. read more

I just bought a Vespa to get around town and I needed helmet, gloves, etc. Stan accessories department helped me tremedously. He was able to fit me with the proper riding helmet (critically important), gloves, and jacket. His attentiveness and customer focus was spot on. He knew what was best and safest for a newbie rider and did not push anything I didn't need. Lastly, NCHM had a lot of options for the gear I was looking for. I was able to try many options until I found what I was looking for. The one piece (clear helmet face shield) that was not in stock was ordered by Dan and arrived within a couple of days. He and I went back and forth about the bike and the pricing w/ him providing an explanation of the fees and me complaining about them. I told Jordan my budget and after a while he was able to bring the price down to my range. I was confident that if I went to the showroom a deal would be made. Sadly for Jordan, a private sale came up for the same model w/ a great deal that I could not pass up. If not for that deal, I would have likely bought the bike from Jordan at RideNow. The GM Brett does not believe in taking care of customers. Their corporate office is no better. I have tried to contact them directly twice and I get no response. I mean, if it's the hottest selling bike in the country and few are available, I can understand. But for a bike I can buy anywhere at a dozen dealerships, some with no markup why do I simply give you a handful of cash in exchange for nothing? He did not like the negative review and blackmailed me into taking the post down. He said he would not write her the check if the post was not removed. I bought a polaris quad from the authorized dealer in San Marcos 2 years ago.  The service that I received from that dealer, time after time, was terrible.  Sometimes taking weeks to do normal recommended service. The final time I used them, two weeks had passed and they still had not gotten around to performing service, so I had them return it without doing a thing. In 2021 I decided there were some features that I wanted in the newer model and so I upgraded.  It just went in for its first required service and I had it back within days!!!  They picked it up, serviced it, and returned it.  Lonnie was very communicative, helpful, and easy to deal with.  I also have to say that Sam and Jordan were professional and had a "lets make this happen attitude" through the entire sales process!!!  I highly recommend them!! read more
