I drove from Lexington to drop them off, and was told they wanted to ship them to their home office as they had better equipment and the cost would be $1,000, which would include shipping them back to me. Not pleased with the bait and switch tactic. But am very pleased with the results, and it took only 4 days to get them back. He felt a vibration while driving the car to work and call them. They told him to bring it back in the next morning (12/21/23) so they could look at the tires. Stating that perhaps they weren't balanced properly. He took the car in as scheduled. When he arrived, they asked him to bring it back tomorrow morning because they were installing a new tire balancer. So on (12/22/23) My Husband took the car in again so they could finally balance all four tires. He left the lot and drove about a mile down the road before the rear driver side tire blows and came completely off the car leaving him setting on the side of Dixie Hwy. It broke a few of the lug bolts completely off and damaged the fender of the vehicle. THANK GOD IT WASN'T THE FRONT TIRE! They did come get the car and make small efforts to do repairs to get a tire back on it. The lug bolts they installed to replace what was broken were very short. So this is the second unsafe situation they put him in!!!! They didn't even want to discuss the damage to the rear finder. Except to try pushing it back in. The owner just walked away and left!!!! My husband could have been killed! They still have not to made an effort to settle the damages to the vehicle!

I arrived at 7:45 am for 8 am appointment. only to be told that I should have called to verify appointment by manager because the internet system they have doesn't work too good. ( I had set up previous appointments for different services. tires oil changes, etc.). So manager had no mechanic schedule to come to work til ten am. On a day that had a 8 a m appointment. and shop opened at 7. why would a manager open at 7 and not have mechanic there til 3 hours after shop opened. I have done business with Tires Plus for over 30 years. Most of that being in Wisconsin. last 2 years with this shop. I do not recommend this shop or will I use this location again. Actuality starting to wonder what I was charged for before that wasn't done .

At $1000 a pop I really didn't want to have to purchase a new wheel from Tesla. That's where Brian and Acu-Tru Rim and wheel repair come in: For a little over $200 Brian was able to repair the wheel and match the complicated black metallic powder coat finish perfectly. I honestly can't tell where the damage even was originally. See the attached pictures- incredible work. He was also able to get me in quickly, and wasn't satisfied until we were. I would highly recommend him if you need a wheel repair!
